Terms and conditions:
1. The client authorises Let’s walk with Aneta to provide and perform pet care service as agreed and signing in the contract, the client understands and accept terms and conditions.
2. Pet service will be provided only for the period and rate agreed in the contract. The client agreed to make a full payment in advance of any appointments by either cash or bank transfer, a minimum deposit of 50% is required at time of booking. If the client needs to cancel any pet services arranged, their understand that at least 48 hours’ notice must be given otherwise will be liable for the full cost of the service.
3. Let’s walk with Aneta will provide no less than 2 weeks notice for any availability changes or holidays, in case of sickness or emergency provider will give as much notice as possible.
4. The client agrees to reimburse Let’s walk with Aneta any additional costs incurred in tending to emergency or veterinary care as well as any expenses incurred for any other unexpected home, food or other requirements.
5. Let’s walk with Aneta will not carry out any booking without signed in contract, consultation and consent forms.
6. The client is required to provide the pets bowl, food, water, collar/harness, muzzle, toys and any other necessary items that are relating to the care of client’s pet for the duration of agreed pet care service. The client agrees to reimburse the provider for any additional fees for providing emergency care, as well as any expenses incurred for unexpected visits, transportation, housing, food or supplies.
7. All dogs must be microchipped and be wearing a dog tag when walked. The dog tag must include the owners details including a phone number. This is to comply with the law and to ensure if we meet a warden we are not fined. Any fine incurred will be passed on to the owners.
8. The client agrees to notify the provider details of any illness, injury or behavioural problems that occurs to their pet(s) before and during the time this contract is in place. I understand that the Let’s walk with Aneta reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time if the nature of the illness, injury or behavioural issue cannot be catered for. The client will ensure that their pet(s) has had any necessary vaccinations and boosters and that regular treatment for fleas and worms is given. The client will not hold the Provider responsible for any flea or worm infestations that I notice nor for any illness or diseases that occur.
9. If the pet becomes ill or is injured while under the care of the provider the client authorises for pet/pets to be taken to the registered veterinarian (or to the one available) if this is needed in provider’s best judgment. The client authorises the provider to approve any emergency treatments recommended by the veterinarian. The client agrees to pay in full any charges (treatments, transportation, expenses) and is responsible for any bills that will incurred. The client understand that this is their responsibility to ensure they have adequate pet insurance in place for their pet/pets.
10. The client authorises the contract to be valid approval for services provided by Let’s walk with Aneta and to permit acceptance of my telephone and email reservations and allow her to enter my premises without any additional signed contracts or written authorisations. The client gives permission for therpovider to contact me via text SMS, phone or email to discuss any service related matters and understands my details will be kept secure and not be shared to any third parties without consent.
11. The client will either ensure that access is given to Let’s walk with Aneta to provide agreed pet service /to collect the Dog from the agreed address at the agreed times or gives the Provider a key to the place where the pet is kept. The Provider will use the key to collect and return the Dog or provide agreed care at home for the pet and for no other purpose and will keep it safe, not let anyone else have it, not copy it and will return it to the Client on demand.
12. Let’s walk with Aneta accepts no responsibility for security of the premises or loss if other individuals have access to the home during the term of this agreement. During all assignments pet care will only be undertaken by Let’s walk with Aneta owner or employees, unless prearranged with Client.
13. Let’s walk with Aneta will not be liable for the injury, disappearance, death, or fines of any pet with unsupervised access to the outdoors.
14. The client will be responsible for any medical expenses and damages resulting from an injury to the pet sitter by the pet.
15. Muddy dogs are happy dogs therefore the Client will provide a towel in case of dirty walks - Let’s walk with Aneta will make every effort to return their dog in a clean manner given time restrictions.
16. Let’s walk with Aneta reserves the right to cancel future bookings if the dog does not respond well to the walker or other dogs in or out of their care.
17. Let’s walk with Aneta will not let any dog off his/her lead unless the consultation form signed by the owner states that the dog is safe to be walk off the lead and the owner consent has been given.
18. Let’s walk with Aneta is not responsible for damage incurred by pet escaping because of a faulty leash/collar or a collar that is not properly fitting.
19. It is expressly understood that Let’s walk with Aneta shall not be held responsible for any damage to Client’s property, or that of others, caused by Client’s pets during the period in which they are in provider care and the client will not proceed any and all claims against Let’s walk with Aneta and it is understood and agreed that the Provider will not be held responsible for any damage to the Client’s property, or that of others, caused by the Client’s pet(s) during the period in which they are in her care.
20. Let’s walk with Aneta holds full insurance for providing the services and transporting your valuable animals and we are happy to act as a chaperone to your pet if required. If the pet is required to take to vets/groomers on your behalf please ensure payment is arranged.
21. Let’s walk with Aneta has insurance to walk up to six dogs at a time although most of the time your dog will be walked with no more than two other friendly dogs unless a solo walk is booked - in which case it will just be your dog/s.
22. The client gives permission for pet(s) to be photographed occasionally for use on the Let’s walk with Aneta website, Facebook and Instagram Page, unless stated otherwise on the contract. All pets will be photographed for identification purposes and the photograph will be kept with the contract in the event of an emergency.
23. Let’s walk with Aneta agrees to love and care for your pet/s whilst you are absent.
24. Let’s walk with Aneta agrees to provide the services stated in this agreement in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the Client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against Let’s walk with Aneta, its employees or assigns, except those arising from the negligence of the pet service provider. The client agrees to notify Let’s walk with Aneta of any concerns/complaints within 24 hours of any appointments.
25. This agreement is valid for all future visits until a new agreement is signed. Let’s walk with Aneta reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, at its sole discretion; likewise, the client may terminate this agreement at any time.
