I feel so grateful to have these views right on my doorstep 😍❤️ Wonderful mindful walks AND some very friendly and polite dogs and their walkers ❤️

Morning!!
We will be running early walks on Monday, Tuesday and possibly Wednesday (will keep an eye on the temps for weds) this week.

A message has been sent around on the app and booking system to everyone booked in on those days.

Also a reminder that Lauren has a few days booked off at the end of the week, so she won't be working Weds, Thursday or Friday 😊

All walks next week will take place at 8AM (pick up between 7am - 7:50am)

If this earlier time does not suit you please go onto the online booking site or our app and cancel your dogs walk or feel free to move your dogs walk to next week if payment has already been made :-) You can do both these things yourself via the booking system or app.

RANT INCOMING 😡

Minding my own business just doing some obedience drills with Freya whilst Sasha was sniffing at my feet, off the beaten track.

When I had the dreaded:

''Don't Worry she's friendly''

Well this 'Friendly' dog had my dog pinned by the neck within about 5 seconds 🙄😩 despite my 2 polite requests that she call back her dog and put it on a lead as she walked directly at us without a care in the world.

Her dog knocked Sash over and had Freya pinned before I could even reach it to intercept.

I know that Freya does not like unknown dogs approaching her and Sasha is an old gal who just wants to plod about.

This is Unacceptable.

‼️ Please remember:

Just because your dog Is 'Friendly' does not mean it's WELCOME.

Do not let your dog just run up to any dog or person it sees.

Do not just ignore a request to recall your dog ‼️

I get it, we all make mistakes, dogs are animals, and we are only human BUT the amount of stories I'm hearing from clients about this problem and after what's happened today... It's got to stop.

Please be respectful of others. Please THINK before you just let your dog run up to someone 🙏❤️

Today's weather was just rude 😂👌as you can see we weren't happy and neither were the dogs.... Okay fine, the dogs were happy and I'm just wet and grumpy 😁😂 The dogs got the water zoomies, styled Loki's hair into a mohawk and Pickles made me chase her around to get a wet rag off of her (🤷🏼‍♀️). Oh the joys of a rainy day ❤️🌧️

Super proud of Rocky and the confidence he has grown through coming out with us. 😍 He was VERY unsure of loading into my van and recall was touch and go at best when I first started taking him, I've worked on this with him and re enforced his confidence with it, lots of praise, patience and a treat or two for a job well done. 👀 LOOK AT HIM NOW 😁 I am not a trainer in any capacity but I do like to help where I can with the dogs that I walk and it's wonderful to see Rocky coming back to his name, loading into the van like a pro and just genuinely being a fantastic dog!! (I can't take credit for that last bit, he's always been wonderful 😅). Huge well done to Mr Rocky Bocky 💛

Only Trixie 🙄🤣 She nearly took my legs out from under me when she first ran by with this! Despite that she was determined to bring her new prize on the walk with us, I made her drop it so she rebelled by eating dog poo 🤮 Good thing I love her 😂😘

Are we in heaven? 😍😇👀 A beautiful peaceful retreat, lovely garden for the girls and the sweetest neighbours 🐎 Mr & Mrs Crawley Dog Walkers are very happy 💛

Wacky Wednesdays Indeed!!! LOTS of energy burnt today In our groups (both us and them 🤣) Groups aren't for every dog, just like large social gatherings arent for every person but this lot bloody love it!!! ..... Now me and Jas are off for a nap 💤

The adventures of Marley!! This handsome boy has the Sweetest soul. He was initially a little unsure as his owners haven't had much of a chance to get him out around bigger dogs. He was brilliant in the van, was very respectful of the other dogs and listened to commands really well, we did some confidence building today aswell as setting the boundaries of the group. I couldn't resist trying a bit of obedience with him (he's never had lessons but he is very switched on ) and he did really well with his sits and even managed to lure him into some loose lead walking with a few treats 😝 This dog has amazing potential and I can't wait for tomorrow when I get the joy of his company all over again 🐶💛 (p.s I definitely want to steal him a little bit 😂) #dogwalker #local #crawley #puppy #groupwalks #fun #confidence

Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks? 🤔🧐 I remember teaching Freya all these tricks ( Sit, Lay, Through, Twist, Spin, Play dead, drop etc) when she was just 3 - 4 months old. I've had Sasha for 8 months now and I've been refreshing her training to match the words we use for Freya aswell as the 'Break' command. Sash can now reliably do: Sit Lay Paw Wait Drop And now Through! 😍 She is a senior dog over 9 years old, it's never too late to have some fun! X
