Did you know your RVNs can perform certain procedures?

This includes dental procedures and minor surgeries.

Having your RVNs carry out these appointments frees up the time of your veterinary surgeons, meaning they can perform major surgeries.

It also improves job satisfaction for those RVNs who wish to push themselves in their role. It's a win, win!

No equipment? No problem!

We have a high-tech referrals centre based in Telford which is fully-kitted out with a CT scanner, x-ray machine and more. If you'd like training in a particular area but haven't invested in the kit yet, you can come to us and we can mentor you until you're confident to carry out the procedure independently.

Meet our Operations Manager, Caroline!

Caroline has over 25 years’ experience working within the veterinary profession, working in several busy practices.

Since qualifying as an RVN and spending many years in the clinical field, she eventually branched out into management, which she's been doing for the last 10 years – and absolutely loves!

When you contact us for training and mentoring, it's usually Caroline you'll be speaking to first!

Most recently, he attained the General Practitioner and Post Graduate Certificate in small animal endoscopy and endosurgery.

Meet our co-founder Ryan!

Ryan is an RCVS advanced practitioner in surgery with a wide background in surgery drawn from a long career in SA practice.

He has run a veterinary hospital, heading up the surgical team and has stood on the Society of Practicing Veterinary Surgeons (SPVS) board of directors for over six years. Ryan has also reviewed a surgical textbook, published in “in practice” and examines for Surrey Vet school.
