Bernie found my forever home

Well helllloooo all, it's Bernie Boy here. Yesterday was my 2 years since i arrived in Bonnie Scotland! Mum says Scotland got even bonnier that day as I am such a handsome boy 😁. I have grown quite a bit since then and I had great fun with my pals and Lacey found my forever home yesterday at daycare. Today the sun is oot and we have been playing in our garden, in between my numerous naps 🤣. Mum has been hiding a toy in the garden and we have to find it, she always praises us when we find it and says we've done a good job finding it. As mum likes this game i have hidden lots of our toys in the garden for mum to find, Dad saw me doing this but hasn't told mum so as not to spoil her surprise😁 not sure how quick she will get the one hidden in the jaggy nettles 🤣. Here is a pic of me 2 years ago on the stairs and one of me and Lacey longlegs today 😁. Anyhoo time for a quick 40 winks before dinner and a Super Dooper treat for pudding afterwards. Well Helloooo everyone, it's Bernie Boy here on my 2nd birfday. Mum says I am even more handsome today than i was yesterday ❤️ Today has been great fun. I got up this morning, came downstairs and SSSSURPRISE...🥳 the birfday elves had been and left me a pressie box to open, it had a pic of my face and my magnificent ears on it!!! It was brilliant...😆 and such good fun ...Dad had to keep Lacey longlegs on a lead til I opened my pressie box cause she would have got to my pressies first! Lacey found my forever home was SUPER DOOPER EXCITED when she got to come and see 🐾🤪🤪 there wiz pressies in the box! We both had a great day at Daycare with our pals and I got my birthday pic taken along with my pal whose birfday it was today too. And guess what 😍...tonight after dinner, Lacey Lou and me had a pupcake each 😁 🥳🤪Summer Summer tried to get a bit - I wasn't brave enuf to argue with the bengal (they cats are scary biscuits - pure nuts!🤪). After that we played with my new toys. 😁 Do hopes all my brothers and sisters are having the best birfday too ❤. Anyways, it's been a very busy one, so time for another wee 40 winks. 😴 Luv, handsome birfday boy Bernie x 🥳

Och aye the nooo! Bernie boy here. 1 whole year ago today, was the very first morning I woke up in Bonnie Scotland. I was a "wee handsome lad" then as peoples here would say. The sun was shinning then and it is shinning bright again today - the sun does show off how very handsome I am and how magnificent my ears are too mind. 🤣 I just luv life, my folks, cat family and of course the nutter that is Lacey long legs. If I am really honest I LUV everyone in my world and luvs all the adventures in it too. Big big thanks to all that made my happy ever after with my folks possible. Mum says they luv me to 'infinity and beyond'.😍 Anyways, time for a special dinner and 40 winks. Luv, your handsome boy Bernie ❤ x

It's my 1st birthday tomorrow. Dad says we will be having a fun day celebrating. I was a bit sick today. Mum says I was sick because I have been up to mischief, chewing plastic ... How does she know that?!! 🤔 I have to tell you all I have been having a great time, only a few of my toys from Sassa Paws have 'exploded'. I blamed Lacey Lou for that 😉. Last time I was at vet in January I was 17.5kg and Lacey Lou was 15kg 😮. Lacey's legs seem to be getting longer than mine now🤪 Mum says I get more handsome every day...and I agree 🤣. I do like looking in the mirror especially now I have sussed it's me staring back🤣. Wonder if there will be new toys on my birthday?!Anyway gona finish my chew stick, jump on Lacey's head and grab another 40 winks. I want to be bright as a button for my walk later. Welllll what a great day this Christmass day is! Santa Paws has been and me and Lacey found my forever home have had the bestest day so far.. Sassa is fantassstic at picking toys for me and my wee sis! Me and Lacey Lou got our own Xmas boxes and they were filled with toys and toys and toys, oh and a Xmas jumper amd loads of our favourite treats! Mine jumper lights up 😁 just like I light up the room with my handsomness says mum. ❤️ Still got my Xmas dinner to come. Dad says I have to be nice when having it so I have put my Xmas collar and bow tie on as you can see in the pics. Just gona have a quick 40 winks before the turkey is served 😁. What has happened to the big yellow thing that is in the sky? It's been so wet and windy??! Me and wee sis Lacey found my forever home ain't fans. Anyways just had to let you know I met up with my sis Jasmine found my forever home yesterday and it was great fun. we got to run about together. My sis Lacey Lou and Jasmine's big sis Nicky were joining in too. We were out with our folks today and had a great time running about. Dad says he hopes it's tired me out as we have the World Cup to watch?! Think I will join Lacey Lou and have another 40 winks instead. I've attached some pics. Luv, happy and tiredy lad, Bernie x

Everyone says I'm growing up sooo fast and vet James says I am now 16kg and looking good. Mum says I'm sooo handsome 😁. My wee sis Lacey Lou is getting big too. Her new teef are still coming through and she luvs playing bitey face and bitey legs and running about daft which I LUV LUV LUVdoing too 😍. Mum says, Lacey is staying with us forever and I like that a lot as I luvs having a wee sis ❤. Here is a few pics of me and Lacey Lou having the best life. 😁 Time for another 40 winks. Been a busy lad but here's some pics of me taken yesterday. My folks say I am growing up sooo fast. Mum says every time I have 40 winks she is sure I get bigger🤣. Anyways a wee lass called Lacey is coming from Cyprus to stay and learn from me, hope she likes to play and run and be a bit daft 🤪. Weather is rubbish today and I don't like the cold, the rain or the wind 😒. Didn't mind the loud thunder though as I was cosy snoozing at the fire with my cat sis 'Pixi the diva' 😎 who gets a bit moody 'cos of the rain. Suuuuch a tiredy lad I am tonight 🥱 but just had to let you all know about my adventure today with my folks, it was super dooper 😍... We went to 'Dogfest' in a massive country park. I met sooooo many new dog pals who had all brought their peoples with them too 🙂. I had great fun. There were stalls with lots of lovely stuff including delicious fooood😋 I got a new harness fitted and a jacket 'cos it will get really wet and cold in Scotland soon. The food smells were yummy. One lady offered me a dried chicken foot but its long toes totally freaked me out and I was scared 🥺 just too creepy for me. I insisted we get away and took dad to a big box of toy balls doggies were jumping about in. I quickly forgot about that creepy foot as I was too busy playing with a new pal 😁. There was a gathering of Beagles so I introduced myself as my mum was a Beagle. I got lots of pets and told I was amazing and my spots are fab. Anyways, here's a few pics of me wearing my new harness and I will post a wee vid of me playing in the ball pit too. Time to grab another 40 winks, got daycare wi my pals tomoz. Luv Bernie x

I've had a few adventures since my last post. I've got lots of friends at daycare now and the lads, Reggie, Rex and wee Murphy are great fun and always up for zoomies and play fighting. The girlies are sooo lovely 😍 but kept avoiding me cause I was getting tooooo frisky with them 😉. So, a few weeks ago I visited the vet in the morning and came home in the afternoon. Dad said I needed extra cuddles as I came back minus my 'two veg'. 🤔 I took it all in my stride though. I'm all healed now and have I been making up for all zoomies I couldn't do on a short lead?.. damn tooting I have 🤪🤣. Mum says my coat is so shiny and I have wavy bits all down my back and down my tail now and she tells me I am such a handsome lad. We visited a new wooded area today and the smells there were just brill! ☺️ I was off lead for a bit and had a great time. I then went to a pub! It was my first time. There were 5 other dogs in. We all had a few good and loud chats amongst ourselves but.. we all got told to be quiet by our folks... rude or what! 🙄Anyway mum n dad are off work for 2 weeks so there will be more adventures ahead. Look how handsome I am in my new blue collar. It says "Training" and I now wear this when I take mum or dad out so everyone knows I'm training them😁. Jeeeeze it has been soooo hot this weekend. Mum put a blue coat on me as it was sooo hot and as nuts as that sounds, I felt really cool wearing it - mum says I looked coolio too😎especially when I've got my cool chew bone that mum fills with water and gives me when it gets super cold. We went to the forest again today and I had a great time, the smells that I find are super fantastic 🤪 and sometimes I forget to listen to my folks! Took dad for his walk a wee bit earlier tonight, then played with my toys when we got back. After being so busy I'm ready for another 40 winks now... Luv Bernie x

Well what a great adventure I had at the weekend. We went to a wooded area and there was lots n lots of trees, some squirrels and a burn. There was so many scents to follow I was a bit giddy 🤪. I went in for a splash and run about in the water. Did I tell you there was soooooo much to sniff, it was brilliant rolling about in smells 😊. I think it was my very favourite day. 😍Dad let me off lead and I loved it. I met people out walking but I was wet so wasn't allowed to dry myself against them 😇 Mum was picking up litter others had left behind and she swore...a lot!! Been a busy week. Visited James my vet on Monday with Felix and I am getting big as I'm now 10.5kg. Busy last couple of days as been playing with all my pals at daycare. Been hiding my toys all over the house... Mum keeps finding them behind cushions, in washing basket, one behind the bin and another in Mr Grumps bed 😄. Think she likes this game🤣. I had the best fun today. I was at the beach ⛱️ and I was on a long lead and chased the big birds into the water upto my knees. That was far enough as the water was freezing! I enjoyed meeting lots of people and dogs but best of all was digging holes in the sand and burying my toy before digging it back up again 🤪. Mum says I need a few more visits before I can go off lead, as I was too distracted by all the people and dogs that came to the beach to see little ole me. Need another 40 winks, that sea air makes a boy sleepy. Luv Bernie x

I have been sooooo busy and enjoying life to the full thought I would tell you what I have been up to. I have lots of new pals at daycare now and have been having a great time running around and playing with them all. My new teef are nearly all in. Just my two big top ones where i have my baby teef and new teef coming in, thats a bit sore. It was very hot here for a few days and I didn't like that. I don't like windy weather either. Mum told me I will need to get use to the wind as it is always windy in Orkney, where we will be going to on our holibobs in the future. My cat family are tolerating me and I'm getting better at not chasing them as much 😉 but the stray cat, Mr Grumps, has told me a few times he is a bit peed off that I keep trying to sleep in his wee donut bed 😁. I've been running about in the park OFF my long lead and it is great fun being free but i do stay close to my folks. Mum says she thinks I might start flying as my ears flap and my waggy tail spins like a helicopter when I do zoomies. 🤣 We are off somewhere new tomorrow, dad said we might go to the beach ... I don't know what that is, but if dad says it's good, it must be a fun place. Better have another 40 winks so I am ready for my next adventure tomorrow. Luv Bernie x
