What a busy week😅 here are a few pictures of my lovely clients horses and a bit of what I’ve been up to🐎
This week has been filled with lots of lunging, mucking out and riding along with many other things📆

Nice change to be riding in the sunshine this morning🌞

Not only do I offer groom work but I also other exercising. I can do anything from schooling to hacking to just simply lunging😊

I have spent the past 2 years re schooling my own personal horse who can be quite ’quirky’ so horses with a bit of character do not phase me🐎

FIVE reasons why I love my job in winter.

1 - All the hand washing means I actually use hand cream someone gave to me last Christmas – OOO my paws are sooooo soft!

2 - The wind, rain, sleet, snow and mud saves me a fortune on beauty treatments – who needs exfoliation mud packs when you get it all for free at work?

3 - Seeing how many layers I can wear whilst still being able to move is my new daily competition – and when I take them all off again, it’s like a new me is born, I feel like a caterpillar emerging from it’s cocoon.

4 - I spend my day making as many warm drinks as possible but never have the time to finish one completely, and then I stuff 4,000 calories in under 15 minutes in a attempt to survive the cold by keeping up my energy – I’m sure freezing burns calories – right? Pass me the chocolate!

5 - All this character building throughout the winter pays off, I have a great sense of humour, good work ethic and more than anything, I know that spring is just around the corner, a time when grooms everywhere cry out in joy - “We’ve made it!”
