Top Dog Retreat Cancellation Policy 2024:
☆☆If you cancel(or reduce your stay)within 4 WEEKS or more, of your stay - Nothing is owed
☆☆If you cancel(or reduce your stay)within 3 WEEKS of your stay - 30% is owed
☆☆If your stay is cancelled(or reduced) within 2 WEEKS of your dog's stay(or less) then 50% is owed for the original booked stay. If not paid, your dog wont be able to stay again until payment is made
There is of course things that happen out of your control inc personal circumstances, illness, cancelled fligjts etc and we will always use our discretion so if you speak to me directly then I will always try to resolve any issues as best as possible, but unfortunately just keeping a date reserved for 'just incase you may go away' or later on deciding that a friend/family member can have them instead after booking dates with us just doesnt help us much as its practically impossible to re-assign your exact reserved dates to someone else unfortunately and we just cant justify this any longer as that space could have gone to another client who we may have turned away.
Also we have a couple of cabin crew clients that sometimes have last minute flights so if you tell us at the time of booking then we are aware and can ensure we keep that service open for you.
If we didnt have bills to pay ourselves then Id have them all for nothing I assure you! Hope you understand and thankyou as always for your support 🙏❤️ We are so very grateful to you
