Zindel found my forever home

Unfortunately our lovely little Zin made his last trip to the vets yesterday. He deteriorated very quickly and so really didn't suffer. We are absolutely devastated that we will never see this funny, slightly loopy little chap wagging his tail again, but know that we did our best for him and that he had a comfy sofa and was loved unconditionally for the short time he was with us. We will miss you everyday xx

The vet is happy with how Zin is doing... he's put on weight and is doing as well as can be expected. He continues to enjoy his low protein diet, walks and cuddles ... so it's not too bad really ###

Happy gotcha day to our 'Little Zin'. Life has been quite difficult lately and unfortunately he won't be with us for long... but we're determined to make every single day as wonderful as possible....so that means he can sleep on our bed if he wants to!

Zins first trip to the beach this morning...a gallop along near Mablethorpe in the sunshine, barking at the seagulls - thank goodness for extra long lines or he"d have chased them to Skegness....loved it!!

Really enjoying life with Max now. We love to play in the garden and we are now going to obedience class on a Saturday morning and then enjoying agility afterwards....Max doesn't like the tunnel very much, but I'm showing him it's great fun really!

Well, its been interesting! Zindel has settled in beautifully. He can manage the stairs, sleep through the night, bring back a ball, even toilets outside without fuss...he is a an absolute sweetheart. Max on the other hand wasn't impressed at having this young upstart enter his life and steel his humans! They've had a couple of spats, but we managed a bit of a walk today and they flopped on the mat together afterwards. Hopefully, things will calm down in a few days and Max will realise we still love him!!

ZIndel is just over 12 months old, H71, L85, weight around 22 kilos.
He's a friendly confident boy getting along with all the other dogs.
