Rambo Radish, these micro greens are colourful and spicy, rich in vitamins and minerals. Often used to garnish and brighten up a salad and other dishes, radish micro greens like other shoots are healthy and contain so many nutrients and beneficial plant compounds like antioxidants, I will be adding more post about the micro greens I will be growing.

Pea Shoots, this amazing tray of micro greens are just about ready to harvest, another day and most shoots will have a couple of sets of leaves and tendrils. A versatile and tasty shoot, they are great in salads and go well in stir fry plus they are a very nutritious micro green, a great source of dietary fibre, vitamin C, E and A, and potassium also the B-complex group of vitamins such as thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B-6, the vitamin C content is greater than Blueberries.
