Microgreens can be soooo much more than a garnish (elegant though they are!)

Roasted whole baby aubergine with harissa butter & garlic yoghurt accompanied by diced roasted aubergine with olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing with raisins, roasted sweet potato and blanched curly kale

All with peashoots, radish and broccoli microgreens!

Nom, nom, nom!!

Light Sunday lunches :)

Rice cakes, cheese and pickle, pink pickled onions, courgette and micro broccoli and sunflower shoots. Delicious! 😊

Nothing beats having a little dish of pea shoots on the table for harvesting and eating at the dinner table!

These little dishes are currently in the R&D phase for us…maybe a new addition to our grow kit range!
