St Albans Dog Day returns this weekend!

Last year we launched the first Dog Day as part of our campaign to promote the dog-friendly status of the city centre and encourage dog owners to head out and enjoy our city centre with their four-legged friends.

This year, we've got lots of paw-some activities on for Dog Day and have added many more businesses which warmly welcome dogs all year round to our dog-friendly list.

Could we ask for a moment of your time? A very special customer's wonderful Rottie, Remi, has been sadly diagnosed with cancer. We are reaching out to ask if you could take a moment to read about Remi's journey and consider making a donation, no matter how big or small.

Remi has been a beacon of light and unwavering support for her owner during the toughest times, offering unconditional love and companionship. Her presence has been a source of strength and comfort, a true rock in difficult moments.

Remi, you are truly wonderful. From the entire team at Chiltern, our hearts are broken by this news. Thank you for your kindness and generosity in supporting Remi during this challenging time.
