Hi all,

Firstly, I want to say a huge thank you to all of my wonderful customers and of course our little furry guests, it's been a real pleasure meeting you all!

Unfortunately, and after much debate I've made the decision to close the doors of The Animal Hotel. Our boys aren't so little anymore and my day job is busier than ever. I will of course be honouring all advance bookings made to date.

I most likely will look to re-open when the boys are a little older, but for now thank you again and all of the best.

Schools holiday weeks up to Christmas are getting booked up with some days at capacity, please message to enquire about availability.

The Animal Hotel - NOW OPEN FOR SUMMER BOOKINGS

Having had a very quiet 2020 on the hotel front due to the covid restrictions, I'm so excited to have bookings coming in for the Summer again 🐰🥕 I've missed having lots of little furries around!

We welcome Hamsters, Gerbils, Rats, Guinea Pigs, Rabbits, Hedgehogs, Reptiles and more. We are also fully insured for house visits, which helps if your little ones feel happier at home.

Welcome to the Animal Hotel 🐰🥕 a fully insured, small pet boarding facility based in Baschurch, Shropshire.

Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Chinchillas, Degus, Rats, Hamsters, Gerbils, Mice and most Reptiles are welcome. We offer a 'home from home' environment, with all guests having plenty of care and attention throughout their holiday.

We are now taking bookings again and have suites available during the summer holidays (limited), October and December 2020 holidays.

Our large outdoor runs are 7ft x 4ft x 2ft, so plenty of room to binky and play.

I hope everyone is safe and well! I know there are many of you that sadly have had to cancel your trips this year and hopefully it's not too late for you to enjoy a trip now lockdown has been eased slightly.

We're still here and we've already welcomed back several guests (whilst adhering to social distancing). August is looking pretty busy again with lots of lovely guests booked in.

You may have noticed we've been a little quiet recently, this was due to having the exciting news that we're expecting another baby in August! Unfortunately, due to first trimester sickness I had to avoid taking booking for the first quarter of the year, however still honoring those already booked. I'm pleased to say I'm now back to full health, just in time for a very busy Spring!

**** Coronavirus outbreak****

I can reassure everyone that we will continue to board. I have been advised to take extra precautions, which unfortunately will mean not allowing anyone into our home. We already don't allow pet Mummy and Daddy's through to the animal room during drop offs and pick ups, and this is due to the protection and comfort of our other guests. I do feel uncomfortable with now not allowing people in our house, but for the time being this is what's being advised to home boarders and I have to adhere.

If you are heading to destinations that are currently listed as a high risk area, please do let us know and we will arrange extra precautions.

I do hope that this is ok and that you are still able to enjoy your holidays without too much disruption.

Nails clipped, coats brushed, cage all fresh and clean so Mummy and Mummy don't have to worry about it after their journey home! Now it's tea time of our favourite mix and lots of greens... yummy! I will miss these two when they go home tomorrow, they've been a delight ❤️
