Meet the Boss 🐾🐾

The boss and inspiration behind Natural Dog Co. is Poppy (hence our former name Poppy’s Natural Doggy Treats)

She works hard behind the scenes spending her days sniffing and approving new stock or cleaning up any treats & crumbs that may have fell (or pulled from) the shelves, after all no one likes a messy floor!

She keeps her team in ship shape making sure we keep the shelves stocked and the orders packed efficiently.

Most of the day however is spent napping as that’s when all of the most important brainstorming is done! For this it’s imperative to have a directors sofa in the office complete with cushion and blanket 🙄.

Let me tell you a little about Poppy.

Breed: Poochon (Bichon x Toy Poodle)

Age: 8

Insta .poochon

Nicknames: Pops, Poops, Poopy, Poopaloop, drop that treat!

Fave Trick: I tell my parents off when they make me do too many ‘Paws for Treats’.

Food: Basic dry diet due to allergies plus natural treats of course.

Fave Treat: Lamb Testicle (and I Pete d to be classy 🙄

Traits: Loving, caring & aloof!

I Love: Cuddles, Walks & Water especially the sea & beach

Something interesting: I can’t enter Toy dog competitions as I’m classed as a Utility Dog! The audacity!

We popped over to our old shop today to visit the lovely Mr & Mrs Poffles on their opening day,

What a transformation. If you get the change to nip in please do, they offer so much more than coffee and cake.
