Due to the new lockdown restrictions and so much conflicting information for dog grooming, I will be rearranging all November appointments. Everyone booked in for December dates will keep these unless more restrictions are put in place after December 2nd. I will contact everyone personally who have November appointments. Current guidelines regarding covid-19 and dog grooming.

Due to the current covid-19 pandemic, the guidelines must be followed to help reduce the spread of the disease. All clients must agree to the terms and conditions.

Anyone who is self-isolating, classed as vulnerable or showing any symptoms, MUST NOT attend a grooming appointment.

Social distancing must be maintained between groomer and client.

Both groomer and client must wear a mask on handover.

Where possible, the client to message the groomer, once outside so they can collect the dog.

On arrival the dog will be wiped down with a pet safe anti-bacterial wipe before any grooming takes place.

All equipment used is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each client.
