I Quit
We've been looking at our initial email sequence this week and reviewing the content
One of the things I always say is exactly what I said in this video
I truly loved my role running the pet taxi and its why I didn't want to quit and change my role to franchisor
It was a very hard decision and a VERY long time coming
I know I should of quit at least 2 years before I did
But what we do here is so truly heartwarming and rewarding, why would I want to give that up!
I'm glad I di though because now I found the side of the business I didn't know existed
Helping people into the role they love and that's heartwarming to see and incredibly rewarding making people happy
Its like being a proud mummy when the franchisees are doing well, happy and loving life
I did that
So whilst I may not be on the front line with the customers and pets
I'm making a difference
That's who I am; I love making a difference

A needed Service Across the UK
We've been collecting the details of everyone who has called to use the service and have built up a databse of over 600 people across the UK
When someone starts in that area, we pass on details of the potential customers for the franchisee to contact
In some areas we have a lot of custoemrs and in others maybe only 1 or 2
Saying that in Solihull we had 12 customers in our database and none of them used the servcie in the 18 months it was running there
Still Nic our franchisee there earned her full franchise fee back in just 6 months
So having people already waiting or not is not going to affect the ability to grow a succesful business

In your first month we catch up on the phone weekly
Then fortnightly
Then 3 weekly
Then monthly
We have a time frame we move through these stages, but really its down to you and how you feel
If you feel in the first 3 months you need weekly or fortnightly calls thats ok
We dont have a one size fits all approach to anything we do
