Hiya everyone 3 things
Firstly. I just want to thank everyone who has use my service this year and let me groom your dogs. I know they are your babies and it's a big thing to trust anyone with them. I really do appreciate it
Secondly. I would like to thank all of you who were so understanding with my recent accident. I really appreciate it and those of you who were booked in but I couldn't manage to get to I apologise and I have a little surprise for you in the new year to make up for it xx
Thirdly . I would like to wish you all a merry Christmas and a happy new year. I Hope you all have the best time and see you all next year ######

Morning everyone. Just a quick reminder about appointments.
There has been a lot of confusion lately.

My appointment times are between 9 and 10 , between 11 and 12 , between 1 and 2 or between 3 and 4.
Example = this means I will be with you sometime "between" 9 and 10 and not I will be there for 9 and i will finish at 10.
The reason I do this is to allow time for traffic, nervous dogs or dogs that are old or ill and dont particularly like being groomed and other unexpected delays.

If I know I am running behind I will always call you an let you know.
I really hope this clears things up for people ###

Just a quick message to say thank you so much to all my customers that I have had to reschedule due to my dog being poorly. We all know how much our dogs mean to us and like you guys my dog is my world and I really appreciate you all being so understanding. This poor dog has had such a naff year so far. I really Hope her luck changes tomorrow after her scan 🤞🤞. Thank you again everyone ###x
