Cassie enjoying her treadmill session ⭐️

Cassie has had bilateral cruciate surgery and has been seen by us for both Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy, she is now back enjoying her walks and went on a little beach holiday a few weeks back 🎉🐾

‼️CANCELLATION POLICY‼️

Due to an increasing number of short notice cancellations we have made the tough decision to alter our cancellation policy with immediate effect.

We will now require 48 hours notice for cancellations.
If less than 48 hours notice is given, 50% of the session charge will be required.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, the full session cost will be required.

As we are a small business, every appointment is precious to us so when we have cancellations at short notice we are unable to fill these🐾

Don’t forget we are stockists of ruff and tumble!
It’s getting to that time of year! The ruff and tumble drying coats are great to dry your dog off after a soggy walk and perfect for use following a hydrotherapy session!

While we currently only have 1 coat in the centre available we are able to order in directly having it available for your next session!

MEET THE TEAM🐾

Originally from Bedfordshire, Natasha graduated in 2021 as a Level 7 Veterinary Physiotherapist from Writtle University College. Soon after, she enrolled to complete her small animal hydrotherapy certificate. Natasha has always loved solving problems and helping animals, however she particularly enjoys the effort and reward of rehabbing patients from spinal surgery.
At home, the house is ruled by an almost 5kg and very spoiled giant rabbit called Bracken. When possible, Natasha is enjoying a new challenge in taking up indoor bouldering.

Meet Rachel, one of our dedicated physiotherapists and hydrotherapists. With a passion for animal rehabilitation, Rachel specialises in providing compassionate care and effective treatment for our furry friends.

Driven by a deep commitment to improving the lives of animals, Rachel focuses on rehabilitation techniques tailored to meet each patient's unique needs. Her expertise extends to working with nervous dogs, where her gentle approach and patience help create a safe and supportive environment for their recovery journey.

Beyond the clinic, Rachel is always exploring new avenues in veterinary rehabilitation and staying updated on the latest advancements in the field. She is currently completing a diploma in veterinary nursing so she is truly dedicated to keeping our furry friends healthy and happy in every aspect of their lives.
