Over the last couple of months I’ve had a lot of dogs coming to the salon with fleas. This means I have to text all my clients and ask if they treat their dogs regularly so they can keep their appointment for the day. Some times this means I have to cancel my whole day to deep clean the salon, which leaves me with a loss of earnings that day and I also I have to work late evenings to reschedule.

Can all my clients please flea treat their dogs regularly, we got our dog on a monthly subscription and we just pop it on when it comes. Otherwise we are likely forget too. It’s super easy to sign up for and means your dog is protected from catching fleas.

Going forward if your dog comes to the salon with fleas and you haven’t disclosed at the door, and I noticed them when the dogs in the bath. Then you will be charged £15 extra on top of your groom or bath.
If you notice fleas on your dog and they are scheduled for grooming, please tell me and we can reschedule.
