As a kennel we have watched so many of our dogs succeed from a distance!

Today for the second time we entered an RV team!

Multiple 14.2s on the clock with some naughty spits, 14.32 clean!

Super excited to fine tune this and plenty more RV teams in the future!

As always eternally grateful to Barbara and Lynnette for their incredible RV dogs being part of foundation bi***es for our kennel puppies!

RV Legacies (Poppy x Crucio)

So we have been sitting on some pretty exciting news!

We are now Kennel Club registered!! 🥳🤩

This means that going forward, our litters will be added to either the Breed or Activity register! 🤩

We take our breeding program very seriously in terms of health testing, choosing specific pairings that compliment each other & raising our litters using puppy culture, so this felt like the natural next step for us to take!

The bad news - we were not allowed to use Rosea Velocita due to it being ONE too many characters! 😔

However we got our second choice and so we will now be going by ROSAVELOCITA SPORT DOGS! 😁😁

Don't worry, we won't be offended by this being shortened to any of our nicknames - Rosea, Rozzy dogs, RV!

On Saturday our RV Drag Queens moved into their new and improved pen 😊

The whelping box is still there for their comfort and safety when sleeping however they have had a great time exploring some new surfaces already! The toys are ready for them too and it won’t be long until they are ready to play with them!

They are lovely strong puppies and we couldn’t be happier with them so far!

We've been waiting for a good stack of this boy but that's yet to materialise, typical Border Collies!

Is looking lovely at 6 months old!

For those of you who don't know, I spent most of my childhood researching, stalking and following Border Collie Lines, hours and hours of my time was spent talking with Natalie Bryson about litters and structure, unfortunately we got old and busy and the sport dogs started to appear for me and I honestly thought we'd never own another collie after the whippety things took up residence!

Marrying a through and through Collie girl it was a matter of WHEN not IF that Collies would come back into our lives!

Megan and I had great discussions about breeding and what was realistic to achieve in our life time, she has always wanted her own Collie line and I've always wanted my own Sport dog line, we agreed that sport dogs was what we were going to do and so far we've created some breath taking litters, so Rosea Velocita Sport Dogs was born!

A few years in and it's evident to create good sport dogs you need good base line dogs!

Arlo was our first bought in Breeding BC to bring into the program, as his titles, certifications and performance has shown he was a great place to start!

So now it's probably become very apparent as always Megan has got what she has always wanted which is a great foundation to start our Border Collie line!

I thought long and hard about bringing in our most recent Collies, I knew what I didn't want and I am satisfied I've found exactly what we need to enhance our sport dogs and produce fit, healthy and fast Border Collies!

Bourbon is loved and owned by Ross Payne and Shannon Harvey, excelling in multiple sports and an all round great tempered, agile healthy puppy! Fully embark tested and will have eyes, hips and elbows done in time!

We are very very excited to see what the future holds for us all!

We are very excited to see what Rosea Velocita's Lord Ludwig can produce with his first F2 litter!

Wiggie is a machine with the most incredible speed and shoulders for days!

He compliments Dice beautifully, she is extremely intelligent, fast and has an exciting edge to her!

Here's to the pitter patter of some tiny feets and the future of Essex flyball teams

We are excited to annouce the first of our plans for our next generation of flyball dogs. Wiggie is a phenomenal dog and we are truly honoured to be given the opportunity to put him to Dice.

This combo should produce dogs that are fast, driven and have plenty of attitude.
