Edgar Allan Crow Edgar Allan Crow is a wild-born crow whom we found as a baby fallen from his nest. We took him in and he has been the bane and joy of our lives ever since!

We found Edgar at roughly 2 weeks old in May 2016, fallen from a nest on our work grounds, next to one of his dead siblings. There was so sign of a parent so we took him in. He has since flourished under our care. We handfed him chicken soaked in water and built him a nest basket combined with climbing frame to encourage him to explore his surroundings and find his feet. He would sit in the office

with us and sit on our laps as we worked and sleep on the backs of our chairs and necks. Later on he became a lot more confident in short flights and started sleeping in the trees outside the office and greeting us every morning, still preferring to be in our company and indoors with us. He was never ever kept in a cage or against his will, and always chose to be with us of his own free will as he fully fledged. As a fledged adolescent, he steals pens from the office, plays tug of war with the tea towel, pulls glasses off faces and heads, buries our possessions in the flowerbeds, teases the chickens, catches grapes mid-air and lies on his back to let his tummy be tickled! He's now fully independent and still visits us to steal toast crusts and still loves a cuddle every now and then! He's both a pest and privilege and we love him
