Hello everyone! Sorry that we have been so quiet on social media lately but our groomers have been extremely busy and we have been unable to take on any new customers. We have, however, had a few openings for wash or nail clip appointments this week:

*Tomorrow 16th January at around 2pm with Amanda in the High Wycombe / Beaconsfield area
*Thurs 18th January at around 11am with Amanda in the Stokenchurch / High Wycombe area
or
*Friday 19th January at around 11.30am with Tim in the Marlow / Flackwell Heath area

Please do not hesitate to contact us if interested 07968 444460. Please note these are only suitable for a wash or a nail clip, not a full groom with trim or clip.

We are currently having problems with the 07968 444460 number which hopefully will be fixed tomorrow. If you need to contact us regarding an up and coming appointment it's best to email [email protected] or message us on this page.

Please note, we are still booked up for around around 5 weeks for a full groom with a clip, although we may have availability for a wash or nail clip slightly earlier than that. Because of this we are still unable to take on any new customers requiring a full groom, at this time - hopefully that will change in the summer though! Thank you to all of our lovely existing customers for your continued custom and we hope you all have a fabulous bank holiday :-)

Just a reminder that if your dog is booked in with us, please remember to re-book with your groomer whilst they are there, to ensure we are able to keep your appointments on schedule. Our four groomers are currently booked up for around 5 weeks for a full groom with clip (although we may have earlier availability for a wash or a nail clip only).

Also, if you are unable to make your appointment please ensure that you give us at least 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid any charges. We have a long waiting list of customers who will happily take your appointment if needs be! 😀

After 10 years of working with us, we sadly say goodbye to the amazing groomer Claire this weekend. Thank you Claire for all of your hard work over these years and for consistently grooming to such a high standard. We will miss you greatly! but wish you all the best with your future endeavours. As mobile dog groomers, the safety and well-being of our clients and their furry friends is of the utmost importance. Unfortunately, on occasion, a dog may bite during the grooming process. In the event of a bite, an immediate additional charge will be applied to cover any medical expenses incurred as well as increased insurance premiums. Repeat biting incidents may result in the loss of access to our grooming services. Please understand that the behaviour of your pet is ultimately the responsibility of the owner and we request that you disclose any potential problems prior to the appointment. It is important to remember that as mobile groomers, we are often working alone and in unfamiliar environments. This can increase the risk of a bite incident occurring.

Let's work together to ensure that every grooming experience is a positive one for both you and your furry friend. 🙂

I hope all of our customers have been keeping warm with the icy weather conditions recently. Please be reminded that during the grooming process, we have an automatic drain of the water whilst washing the dog, which does drain out from underneath the van and unfortunately is unavoidable. With multiple dogs in a household this amount obviously increases. If this is likely to ice over and cause you problems, please could you let us know before we arrive. Equally in wet weather conditions it’s not ideal to park on grassy areas that may become waterlogged and muddy so please let us know prior to the appointment so that we can work together and find a more suitable place to park up. Our extension leads go up to 45-50 metres in total so hopefully a solution can be found elsewhere. Thank you for your understanding and continued custom.

When you live a busy life, it is not always possible to take your pet for regular grooming. The groomers at Call a K9 clip are able to offer you an appointment at your home at a time to suit you. We have all 5 of our groomers working this week and currently have the following appointments available:

*Weds 11th Jan at around 3pm (FILLED) with Ashleigh & 5pm (FILLED) with Hannah
*Thurs 12th Jan at around 12pm (FILLED) & 4.30pm (FILLED) with Ashleigh
*Friday 13th Jan at around 9am (FILLED) & 2pm (FILLED) with Hannah (both suitable for a wash/nails only)
&
Sat 14th Jan at around 8am (FILLED) or 11am (FILLED) with Claire

All breeds of dogs are catered for and services range from a wash only to a full pet styling. All services include a nail clip (as long as the dog allows it) and start off with a hydrobath using natural shampoos, followed by a blaster dry.

Just a reminder to all of our customers booked in between now and Christmas that our timings as always are approximate. As well as the usual traffic issues, our groomers are now dealing with frozen pipes and icy roads but rest assured they are working harder than ever and will be with you as soon as they are able. This is lovely young Hugo. Getting his face trimmed can be a challenge but he's on his second groom now and getting more and more used to it. 😍 It such a good idea to introduce the grooming process gradually at an early age, just like Hugo did.
