🎅🏼 Christmas is a time of joy and celebration, but it can also pose some unexpected dangers to our canine partners.
⚠️ According to the Blue Cross charity, some of the common Christmas hazards for dogs include toxic foods, seasonal plants, and decorations.
For instance, chocolate 🍫 , grapes 🍇 , onions 🧅 , and alcohol 🍷 are toxic to dogs and should be kept well out of their reach.
Pine needles from Christmas trees 🎄 can cause mild stomach upsets or blockages if ingested.
🪴Mistletoe, poinsettia, and holly are also toxic to dogs, so it’s best to avoid them when decorating.
❤️ However, with a bit of planning and following some simple tips, you can keep your dog safe and happy during the festive season.
✨ We recommend keeping your dog’s routine as normal as possible, providing a quiet and safe space for them to retreat to, and avoiding loud noises and flashing lights.

✨ Foundations in our dogs training are crucial as they provide a solid base for all future training and set our dogs up with the skills they need to succeed in life and cope well in a human world. Games based dog training is a great way to grow your dog in the right direction. Not only does it provide physical exercise, but it also stimulates their minds and helps build a stronger bond between dog and owner. Playing games with dogs can build confidence in both our dogs, and us as handlers. There are many different types of games that we can play with our dogs and every game we play at Concept Dogs has a greater meaning.

In summary, playing games with dogs is a fun and rewarding experience that can benefit both a dog and their owner greatly!
