UPDATE....
After a couple of back & forth email's. CoverMy'PET' 🤦 agreed to return our 2yrs premiums, which easily covered the vet bill. Lesson learnt. I shall from this day forth...read the policy wording 🤓
Just glad we didn't have to claim on the 2million public liability ffs 🤯

'HEADS UP ANGELS...CHECK THE SMALL PRINT' we've just heard from our insurance company 'CoverMyPet' that our £800 claim for Autumns toe amputation is void because she was born outside the UK 🤷
There was no question on the online quote form indicating such. We've been paying for two years after switching insurance companies because after making a claim for our other Pointer the renewal premium went cosmic 🚀

Our Poor pup Autumn has a very poorly toe 😔 She's had it a very long time without a problem, but suddenly it's changed for the worst.
Tomorrow, she won't have it anymore 😷😥 it appears to be a tumour, but only the lab can tell us that.
