As a small, private pet crematorium, we limit the number of beloved pets we have in our care at any one time.

Why? Because we ensure EVERY pet resting peacefully in our care receives the utmost dignity, compassion and respect. They are your family members and as such, deserve to be given the love and compassion they deserve.

Sadly that means, as a small pet crematorium, we sometimes have to tell families that we are fully booked and we are unable to offer an appointment with us.
Whilst we try not to do this, sometimes it is inevitable to maintain our private, compassionate service for those resting in our care.

We hope you will understand that we started this small pet crematorium in 2021 to provide the utmost care, collecting pets privately one at a time. We always cremate pets one at a time, giving each pet the time they need to have an individual cremation with love and dignity, and then allowing plenty of time to carefully prepare their precious ashes to come home.

We provide a bespoke, dignified service and to ensure we maintain these highest standards of care, we also have to limit the distance we travel to privately collect a beloved pet. However, whenever possible, we will offer an appointment for you to bring your beloved pet into our care if you live further afield.

After many years of giving their unconditional love to you and your family, your wonderful pet deserves the very best.
We are your local, private pet funeral home and crematorium, ensuring your beloved pet does NOT have to be stored at your vets in a plastic bag for a mass weekly uplift alongside many other pets and often with clinical waste. We only collect one pet at a time so they have the dignity they deserve.
Every pet in our care rests in a cosy bed - we care for your pet as though he/she was our family member.
We solely carry out individual cremations ensuring the ashes you receive are all and ONLY those of your beloved pet and aim to have your precious pet's ashes returned to you within 2-4 days.

We do NOT carry out weekly collections - as a mark of respect
We do NOT collect clinical waste with your pet - as a mark of respect
We do NOT collect more than one pet at a time - as a mark of respect
We do NOT store pets in plastic bags - as a mark of respect

Thank you to Rowan's family for sharing these gorgeous photos of their special girl Rowan and her keepsakes. Rowan was a huge part of her family and a much loved family member. She and was very blessed to have such a caring, loving home and is very sadly missed but we hope knowing she received the utmost personal care will bring her family peace and comfort.

Please remember heat stroke kills ... in particular short nosed breeds, young and older dogs can suffer very quickly in this heat. It doesn't have to be 'scorching' for it to cause serious illness in dogs.
Also their little paws can become burnt on the pavements so please take care of your furbabies.

Please please please do not leave your pets in the car even for a few seconds whilst you pop into a shop etc.
The temperature will very quickly rise and even a window left open will not prevent it being too hot for your much loved pets.
