This lovely boy was rescued by his Mum & Dad from the streets of Bulgaria, he'd been in the wars but has landed on his paws with his new family here in Scotland 🥰 he came to me today for a handstrip and was good as gold 💕

The award for most improved groom I've seen to date goes to this handsome lad, he came to me for the first time 6 months ago aged 6 months. He was a very reluctant and nervous boy, even though his bouncy, lovely personality would make you think otherwise 😃 he was particularly scared of the dryer, I spoke to his Mum and advised 4 weekly grooms to build trust with me and get him used to all the different noises and sensations. Even if that meant not managing a full groom initially! Today, he was like a different dog, stood like an angel in the bath, had 3 shampoos, jumped up onto the table and let me dry him (almost) all over and clip his nails. Finished off with a de-shed, it was nothing short of miraculous 🥰 just goes to show what patience, consistency and lots of treats & cuddles can do for a dog who's nervous of grooming. I love my job ❤️ most days anyway 😂

Had these 3 rascals in today 🥰 they are just the best 💕 biggest hurdle is keeping the little one off the table when I'm grooming the others, he likes all the attention for himself 😂
