The Pets Foundation Santa Paws appeal is in full swing and raising funds for Waltham Forest Cats Protection and other rescues at Chingford Pets at Home between now and Christmas Eve.

You can pick up a limited edition Santa Paws gift bag, donate to the Santa Paws Appeal and talk to our volunteers about our work in the local community.

We’ll be in store this weekend on Saturday & Sunday (13th & 14th December) with a fabulous Christmas Tombola, so please come and say hello to our team, hopefully win a prize and find out more about how your support helps our rescue. 😻

Autumn/Winter 2025

Our elves are hard at work making up food parcels & doing drop offs to our colonies & foster carers to make sure everyone has enough supplies to keep them going through Christmas. 🧑‍🎄🎄🎅🏻

We especially have to make sure that all the colony cats tummies are full to give them a fighting chance of survival over winter whilst it’s so cold. 😸

We want to say a huge thank you to everyone that donates to our branch, we really couldn’t do it without you. 🥰

As a small volunteer run branch we rely entirely on the kindness of our supporters and we are truly grateful to each and everyone of you who donates. ❤️

Our Gorgeous Buffy & Cobweb are still looking for their furever home. 😻

We would really love them to be in their new home for Christmas and by adopting these gorgeous girls it will mean we can offer another cat in need, a safe rescue space out of the cold in time for Christmas. 🙏

They are ready now!! Sadly the two adopters that contacted us about them changed their minds about adopting before even meeting this gorgeous pair!! 😥

They are friendly, affectionate and love a cuddle on the sofa watching a box-set! They will require a safe garden away from busy roads once they are older. 😸

🙏 URGENT 🙏

Does anyone have a tracker cat collar we could borrow for a couple of days please?

We were alerted to a heavily pregnant cat yesterday and one of our volunteers went early this morning to trap her but sadly she has already had her kittens.
We urgently need to locate the kittens so that we can bring the little family in to a safe place.
If anyone has a collar they are not using it would be very much appreciated.
We would like to try and put the collar on her tomorrow morning when she comes to feed again. 🙏
