Theodore is officially the master of the box. Simon doesn't really seem particularly fussed. He knows there are other places with soft blankets and cushions which are muuuuuch more snuggly!

When the time is right for him, Theodore looooves his fusses. All on his terms, but we really, really can no longer speak of a feral cat anymore with him. He is no lapcat (yet), but he is definitely starting to understand that human attention can be a wonderful thing, even if you are a tough streetwise mini panther!

Simon and Theodore are so sweet together. They groom each other and look out for one another. But, like all siblings, they also like to have a good scrap once in a while!!!

Theodore was the most shy and scared of people and his socialisation has taken longer than any fosters we have had so far. BUT! There is DEFINITELY progress! Look at him now! Yes he is taking his time, but he is really getting there! We love you, our velvet Slinky Malinky!
2022 10 05 Simon drugged after vet visit
Don't worry, he was absolutely fine soon after this, but boy oh boy was our little man out of it! Sweet, sweet Simon! And look how Theodore comes to check up on his brother!!!! Toooooo sweet!!!
Needless to say: do NOT drug any animals unless in consultation with your vet. Do NOT use any drugs other than those prescribed by your vet. Simon was only in this state because of a vet visit which was needed. We would never drug an animal unnecessarily.
Daily morning wake up call with Simon! (15 April 2022)
This is my daily routine now every morning: Simon comes into bed for fussings accompanied by loud purring to let me know it is time to get up and start the new day (and give him breakfast 😆). Definitely the best way to start your day, thanks Simon!! 😍
Simon likes cuddles! (15 April 2022)
Simon now frequently comes into bed in the evenings and in the mornings, and when I am working on my laptop in bed during the day - he head bumps my hand and swirls around me and it's basically a whole thing. And he has the loudest purr. Basically, it's all completely wonderful! So proud of him how far he's come, and so excited that he now genuinely likes haning out with us humans. Good job Simon!
Simon is becoming a cuddle monster!!!!!
Simon needs to have a tiny procedure on his eyes which is why he is not yet up for adoption, BUT: meanwhile he is developing into a real cuddle monster! We are sooooo thrilled! He now comes onto the bed in the morning for some head bumps, neck stratches and tummy rubs, with a loud purr from a well oiled purr machine. Good job Simon!
