Hopefully we will have some kitten news in a few weeks as two of our girls are currently being entertained although Jelly Bean doesn't seem that keen on her beau 🙈

In the meantime we will have three adults available for homes in August once they have recovered from spey ops and vaccinations are up to date. A nominal rehoming fee will apply to ensure the right home.

There are photos of all on this page and I am currently getting new ones taken

Bedazzlecats Izzydora - 7 years - silver shaded torbie homozygous Selkirk Rex female. Dora is very strong-willed (she is a tortie!) But also incredibly affectionate with people and playful. She can be fiesty with other female cats although is fine with laidback males.

Rozpaws Yazmin of Boucles - blue tortie BLH aged 3 years. Gorgeous Yaz was intended for our BLH breeding but sadly despite mating she never fell pregnant. She is a really affectionate girl who is fine with other cats - I would ideally like her to go as a pair with Snickers below.

Boucles Snickerdoodle - tortie golden shaded homozygous female Selkirk Rex Longhair aged 3 years. Snickers was a wonderful mum but struggled badly during the birthing of her one and only litter needing am emergency c section from which she is fully recovered and we decided not to put her through that again. She is very playful and likes to be around humans but can be a little shy until she knows you. She and Yaz get on very well and ideally will go as a pair.

I attended my first GCCF show since the Supreme in October 2023 at the weekend and we couldn't have had a better day. I was joined by Lisa Aggett and Diana Saunderson with their Boucles babies and it's fair to say the cats rocked it.

Lisa showed Trevor aka Boucles Crepe a l'Orange who gained his 5th Imperial GPC and therefore can now be known as GCCF Imp Gr Pr & TICA RW SGCA Boucles Crepe a l'Orange. Trevor gained his GCCF in straight shows with competition - what a fabulous achievement!

Diana showed Yuki aka Boucles Monsieur Neige who gained his 3rd Premier certificate and therefore can be known as GCCF Gr Ch & Pr, LOOF Int Gr Ch & TICA LA BW SGC Boucles Monsieur Neige. Also joining him was his neice and Trevors half sister Boucles Madame Fabuleuse aka River who at 10 months gained her first PC and won Best of Breed over the boys. She is such a sweetheart and now really showing her potential 🤩

And finally I showed my main man Yogi aka Boucles Monsieur Incroyable. Yogi had a dream day firstly winning the Olympian class against some high quality males. He then was awarded Best of Breed and 1st in his side class. It didn't stop there though as he was awarded Best Adult in Section and then Overall Best in Section 3 and went to the post pens for Overall Best in Show judging.

I was thrilled when he was awarded Best in Show exhibit by judge Mark Pearman 🥰 this award gave him another Olympian certificate which makes him up to Silver Olympian now - just 5 more certificates to go.

Our breeding plans for later in the year are as follows:

Wavemakers Cilantro Sunrise x RW Boucles Jelly Bean - black, blue, red or cream males, black tortie, blue tortie, red or cream females. Possibility of choc/lilac and colourpoint. All kittens will be curly.

OB Imp Gr Ch, Int Gr Ch & LA BW SGC Boucles Monsieur Incroyable x Boucles Madame Coquette - tabbies, solids, torbies and torties in black or blue, also red or cream males. This mating has also produced apricot and golden previously.

Boucles Monsieur Reve x Boucles Myrtille - black or blue solids, tabbies, shadeds (with or without golden) - all with or without white. Chocolate/lilac and colourpoint also a possibility. All kittens will be curly.

We welcomed our first babies of 2024 on 4th April. It's been a challenging 5 weeks as one little man required round the clock handfeeding but the babies are all now weaned

We were so thrilled to meet baby ZoomZoom aka Cooperdolls Bluebell Too at Stoneleigh - you can see where she gets her name from 😅 - such a happy girl with a phenomenal coat quality and sweet look.

ZoomZoom has been doing brilliantly in the show bench for her owner/breeders including Best of Best Kitten in Madrid and Vienna 🥳

GCCF GMC Poppy aka Boucles Cacachuete was Best Pedigree Pet at the Shropshire show last weekend and also was awarded the Imperial certificate.

GCCF Gr Pr & TICA RW SGCA Boucles Crepe a L'Orange won the Imperial Grand Certificate and BOB at the Capital Longhair Association show.

Boucles Peony won Best of the Best Kitten at the shows in Spalding, Asperen and Stoneleigh 🤩

GCCF OB Imp Gr Ch, LOOF Int Gr Ch & TICA LA BW SGC Boucles Monsieur Incroyable has added a bunch of points and was also Best of Best Cat in Asperen

RW SGCA Boucles Monsieur Endormi was Best of Best Alter in Asperen completing a clean sweep for the Selkirks in the Best of Best

GCCF Gr Ch & TICA IW BW SGC Boucles Monsieur Neige was 2nd Best of Best Alter in Spalding and Stoneligh

IW SGM Dark n Stormy was 3rd Best of Best HHP in Spalding.

GCCF Gr Ch & TICA RW DGC Boucles Mango Mash gained his Grand title in TICA making him the 5th qualifying offspring for his mums Outstanding Dam title. She will now be known as CFA Gr Ch, ACFA RW GC & TICA OD RW SGC Highlandkatz Marine Rain

We are starting to think about breeding plans for this year.

Our first matings when the girls are ready will be:

Wavemakers Cilantro Sunrise x Boucles Madame Tetue - all kittens will be curly longhair and blood group AA in solids, torties, tabbies and torbies - black, chocolate, blue and lilac.

We hope to retain a male from the above mating.

BSH tipped male x Boucles Snickerdoodle - all kittens will be heterozygous curly in longhair or shorthair and blood group AA or Ab in silver or golden tipped, shaded, tabbies with black, red, tortie and colourpoints possible.

We will update this page once kittens arrive.

We haven't been to a show for a few weeks but Selkirks were out and about flying high in Austria over the New Year!

Huge congrats to Cooperdolls Ragdolls, Kim Volckaerts and Johan Reuser with Cooperdolls Bluebelle Too (from the first litter of Boucles Quarantini of Cooperdolls) who was Second Best of Best Kitten at only her second show ❤️

And more huge congratulations to RW SGC Boucles Monsieur Endormi and his proud mum Eveline Meier for their Third Best of Best Alter award 🥳

As you can see both of them were beautifully presented and enjoy their shows 🤩 Delighted to see the curlies doing so well 🥰

This was him in Asperen, Holland last weekend where he was the only entire cat to final in every ring and he was Overall Best of Best Adult Cat in Show ❤️

Three brothers from the 2022 litters between OB Imp Gr Ch Boucles Monsieur Incroyable and Highlandkatz Marine Rain had a phenomenal day at the triple Birman, Tabby and CRAOV club shows today.

Pr Boucles Crepe a l'Orange gained 2 more Grand Premier certificates (with competition), Best of Breed in the Tabby and then went on to gain wins as Best Section 3 Neuter and Overall Best in Show Section 3. Subject to GCCF confirmation he is now a Grand Premier.

Gr Ch Boucles Mango Mash won his 3rd Imperial Grand Champion certificate and Reserve in the other show, both Best of Breeds (in a class of 3) and then went on to take Best Section 3 Adult in the Tabby show.

GMC Womble (aka Boucles Zombie) won the Imperial Grand Master certificate, Best in Colour and Best Pedigree Pet in the Birman show.
