Now back doing solos dog walks after my maternity leave 😊
completed my level 4 Canine Behaviour and Training

Did something a little bit different today!
We started with a good run on Dennis' field before doing some street walking on lead
While on lead we did some loose lead training (hard to do with 2 dogs at same time) but these gals smashed it!!
1 finger to walk 2 German shepherds at the same time!! **See last photo!!**
Greeted by 2 noses at the door
We had a good run on field
Splashed in some puddles
Had lots of love and attention from everyone
Link was on an absolute sniffing mission
We again thought it was a good idea to walk up cross stone 🙈 not that Link was fussed
The biscuit girls take our motto of a muddy dog is a happy dog very seriously 🤣🤣
Even in Tod park they get as filthy as possible 🙈🙈
Not many photos of the chocolates today as it was rather windy up on the tops
On the other hand they were ridiculously well behaved today
Today we worked on Ronan being Okay around a pram and the wheels
Thankfully as he's got a soft spot for Gracie after initially being wary of the pram he was happy to approach 🎉
Gracie was over the moon at this too 🤣

The biscuit girls had a friend stopping over to of course she joined us on an adventure!!
They enjoyed a walk, a treat and some ice cream!!
Milo was in love with Sky today literally running everywhere after her
Monty showed her where the well was at the end of the walk to cool off in, Sky of course went in 🤣🤣
To stay cool we went to folly dam
Water+shade= one cool Ronan and nearly one wet Jamie 🤣🤣
He walked nicely past the fishermen and had a paddle, both Ronan and Jamie that is 🤣
It is quite common for collies to chase things such as wheels
You will also see dogs that are scared of bikes/prams etc
Ronan will not be either, he is slightly wary of Gracie in her trike but as he loves her (and she smelt of ham from her dinner 🤣) he was happy enough to approach the trike and even walk along side it while still being wary of it. We will build his confidence over the summer while I have Jamie to aid me with Gracie in the pram or trike
We had a lovely stroll with link over by triggers grave, it's quickly growing into one of our favourite walks 🥰
The chocolate boys enjoyed their extra walk with me in the sunshine before cooling off in the water trough 🙈
Had a special request for a Saturday walk for the biscuit girls
Of course I fulfilled it and we managed to get over to withens Clough where they loved having a splash and running riot
Me and link were far too busy stomping on our walk for photos 🤣
The boys are loving having Sky join the walks with them 🥰
I don't normally walk Monty and Milo on a Tuesday and we'll I didn't but I did take Sky up and out with them to meet them and they loved her (definitely more than she loved them 🙈)
These 2 were off last week but definitely made up for it this week with their antics 🤣

One of the hardest skills a dog can learn is loose lead walking
Ronan didn't help by rolling over every few minutes 🤣🤣
These 2 had definitely had their weetabix this morning!!
Zoomies, zoomies and more zoomies 🥰
We wanted to go to the stones at the golf club but the path was too overgrown so we went to the field close by and ran riot in there instead
Link was still rather warm this morning so we went on what I thought would be a rather shaded walk by triggers grave
Cookie and Hobnob got a pop late dinner time
Hobnob is still unsure of Gracie but Gracie loves her 🤣
The chocolates were desperate to find any bit of water they could (typical labs) we barely got out the door and they were straight at the water 🤣
We had a lovely walk up to cross stone road, thankfully this time I was walking down cross stone road and not up it 🤣
It was still cool enough to have a run round on Dennis field as well 😁
There's a saying
"Don't judge a book by it's cover"
This should also transfer to
"Don't judge a dog by it's breed"
Cookie and Hobnob got judged today yet they are 2 of the best trained dogs I have ever walked!! Yes I am aware not everyone likes big dogs so I keep them out of the way of people to be considerate. Just because I keep them out of the way does not mean they would even harm a fly!!
Early doors again this morning for the biscuit girls
They had a blast around the park and showed off their training again as you can guess it was busy with people heading to work/school
They had a pop in too around dinner to make sure they were comfortable and had plenty to drink
Early morning walks this week as the temperature gets far too hot for the dogs to be out in🥵
We started our morning getting out at 8am round Withens Clough reservoir so there was water for them to stay cool in too 🐾
We popped back in to let Cookie and Hobnob out
Gracie adores Cookie and I'm pretty sure the feeling is mutual

Still not decided if putting these 2 together on a walk was a good idea or not Crazy Mazey and Crackers Cookie had me in tears laughing at their antics today 🤣
2 years!! 2 whole years!! Best thing I ever did and it wouldn't be possible without all the amazing customers, old and new, the support of all my other dog walker friends and of course my own barkin mad family at home!! So here's to two years and the many more to come 🍻
Think Roo was happy to be out with her friends and me today 🤣🤣
This needed to be posted publicly just because of how proud of her I am!! She knew the dog was there as we were originally walking towards it but moved out of the way incase she popped. But she smashed it even after looking over at the dog too!! There was also another dog behind this dog too which was dealt with the same way!! I apologise for my rubbish recording skills but I wanted to try and capture this for her pawrents 💜

Barclay joined us today for a walk, normally his owners don't let him off lead but he was loving Sky and sticking with her so off he went!! He absolutely loved the freedom!! 🐾
