This little girl is waiting to be given a name by her forever home. As a young corn snake she is slightly skittish but very gentle and friendly when she calms down.
An enthusiastic eater, she should grow to be a lovely member of the family.

Massive thank you Foyle Wildlife Rescue who was contacted by a member of the public about a corn snake that was found in the Creggan area this evening. This snake is clearly a pet that has escaped or has been released. As our reputation grows from strength to strength, we have found ourselves receiving from all over the country North and South. Last night alone we took in eight more reptiles. We are currently self funded meaning the three of us and our fosterers cover the cost of all food, equipment and vetinary care. 🙌 Daisy Has Found Her Forever Home 🙌

🚨 Ready for Adoption 🚨

Here we have Daisy, a high yellow Leopard Gecko who is approximately 3 and a half years old.

Daisy came into our care around 2 months ago severely underweight, skittish and lacking enrichment.

After a lot of socialisation work and perserverance she is at a nice healthy weight for a female of her size, is feeding very well and loves time out exploring and being handled!

You may remember we got a female Boa in a couple of weeks ago, she was in terrible condition in fact the worst I have even seen a snake that was still alive. Well this is the update she has had her final antibiotics and has been discharged by the vet, still has a patch of stuck shed but I'm working on that but she is definitely MUCH MUCH better than when we got her. I have attached before and after pictures below

Here at Repti Rescue we love a good success story, and this lovely lady is just that. Rose has found a forever home and is well and truly settling in, in true reptile style it has been eventful for her new family 🐟 (only they know what this means lol). Rose is very lucky to have found her forever home with such a loving family!

Hi everyone Stephen here! On the 17th of August we were contacted by the loving owner of two beautiful Yellow Bellied Sliders, who due to a growing family had to move them on. As they are classed as an Invasive species they cannot simply be rehomed and because we are a rescue, we cannot take any reptiles in permanently. Sadly the only advice she had been given prior to contacting us was was to euthanise them, this was not an option for us and we went to work on trying to secure their future. After contacting several Zoo's and various exotic pet stores and several charities all who were unable to help but with guidance from the head curator at Dublin Zoo we found them a new home in Kildare. Needless to say their owner who loves them both very much is extremely happy today as am I. We as a rescue will always do our best to help responsible owners and the reptiles that come into our care, we are delighted that Tubs and Doc have found a new home.

We have been flat out here at Repti Rescue and proud to say after much hard work by all the team we have managed free up a lot of space. Thanks to the successful re-homing of many Snakes 🐍 Lizards 🦎 and other non furry creatures 🐸.
We still have Adoptions available, but are now able to take in any reptiles that people are no longer able to take care of or that are looking to move on. Thank you for your continued support, and keep your eyes peeled for future fundraising events!

Hey everyone.

We have been working flat out here at Repti Rescue N.I with animals and getting all adoption and rehoming paperwork all sorted out so with in the next week we should have some reptiles up for adoption.
