So it seems Sean can't sit still for long! We're expanding our dog grooming services to Magor! We can't wait.

Welcome to Dog Grooming Lounge.

It's time to introduce ourselves.
My name is Sean Mayor and I founded Dog Adventure Land LTD in October 2021. Myself and the team, opened our first outdoor dog daycare centre in June 2022. Before Dog Adventure Land, I ran my first company, PB Dog Care for 6 years, offering dog walking and dog sitting. My passion has always been caring for dogs.

In January 2024, we opened our first dog grooming salon in Sully, Vale of Glamorgan, which is going from strength to strength.

I am delighted to be able to bring my 10+ years worth of experience to Magor, which will provide the best care to your dogs in the local surrounding area.

I travelled across the global to spend time at Dog Adventure Land. My new daddy thought I’d love to spend the day making new friends. I was joined my new family a few weeks ago after I leaving my foster home in Cyprus 🇨🇾 Welcome to the DAL family Winston ❤️

Winter ☀️ - We're slowly getting there with our winter paddock 🥳 We're very concious that last year winter was very muddy, so we've invested in new areas on site to reduce the mess 🐾

The after effect of a day at Dog Adventure Land 🎉

Margo’s owner sent us these pictures and wanted to share a little message -

“Margo has recently started going to Dog Adventure Land and I’m so pleased with how she’s settling in. As a first time dog owner, and with Margo’s history (being an ex racer, rescue) I was so apprehensive about trusting somebody else to look after her (a bit of an overprotective mum 😂) but I honestly already feel totally comfortable and confident knowing that Sean and the team will provide great care.
Margo took to Sean instantly and happily trotted off with him, tail wagging! This was quite something considering how unsure she can be around new people and situations. She didn’t even give me a second glance 😂 It’s clear how much Sean and the team love doggos!
I’m so pleased that she has a chance to have fun now, do what dogs should do, and build up her confidence around other dogs of all shapes and sizes! Plus, I know that while she’s having fun, she’s totally safe so I can relax! She’s ready for a big snooze when she gets home after a day of adventures!

We asked Loki’s owner (Michelle), what made you enquire about our services. Here’s her response:-

“During covid as a lot of people did, we got ourselves a lovely little puppy. It was fine as we were working from home and could be around. We really didn’t think of when we went back to work especially with the breed we chose.

I contacted a lot of dog care businesses and the answer was always no. As soon as I mentioned, male Siberian husky they could not accommodate us. Then I spoke to Sean over the phone. He told me that they don’t discriminate against any dog and all were welcome. They took our Loki off for an assessment day as they had to be sure that the dogs got along before letting them loose with each other and the rest is history. We have been sending our dog to Dog Adventure Land for over 3 years and I can honestly say we couldn’t do without them. We have to go to work and without sending him to day care, we wouldn’t be able to keep him. They offer pick up and drop off which is great for us. I trust them completely and have given them a key to our house to let themselves in to collect and drop our dog off as we aren’t home.

He loves playing and socialising with the other dogs and he gets all the stimulation and exercise he needs during the day. They say a tired husky is a good husky and that is the truth when he comes home from playing all day.

I’m a bit of an obsessed dog mum and wouldn’t trust just anyone with my dog but I never have any hesitation or worries with Sean or the staff. Loki gets so excited and waits at the window to go.

If you have to work, need a break or want to get your dog socialised, there is no better place to send your pups!!!”

We’re looking for additional sites across South Wales and we need your help. Cardiff, Newport & Bridgend are key areas of interest!

At Dog Adventure Land we have used our years of experience to create environments for dogs that they will love. With a growing clientele we’re looking at new sites across South Wales. Outdoor enrichment, paddling pools, agility & a dedicated dog crazy team, we believe this makes our DayCare unique.

Our key search criteria
⁃ Green space with good road access
⁃ Between 3 - 20 acres
⁃ Connection to mains power and water is essential
⁃ With or without planning permission (Sui Generis)
⁃ An existing structure is essential if the land is in the greenbelt
