🚨A date for your diary🚨

On Sunday the 23rd November the NCC will be holding its annual judges symposuim. As always everyone is welcome but judges are erged to attend as per NCC rules.
This year there will be talks by Greg Jackson, Simon neesam, Amy Heale and Don Payne. Further information will follow in the coming weeks.

Thank you to those fanciers who have already agreed to bring stock to make the event possible🙏

Some of the PE Blacks growing on nicely. Pigment has now improved and🤞so far it remains black. My next step will be to improve ear set in one pen.
I firmly believe with any breed I take on, you should always take one step at a time. There’s no use rushing in all 🔫 blazing, trying to race ahead will only present problems and they come back to bite you on the backside 😅.

Another lovely weekend spent with friends at the Isle of Wight CC show. Our double champion Malibu sunrise took the BIS honours followed closely by our adult PE Golden boar Saxon King. If that wasn’t enough our young PE Cream sows also won their age group challenges.

A few pictures taken over the weekend. After a few rather bad weeks I decided it was time to get my head back in the game and assess the pigs with my good friend Greg Jackson. We managed to pair up a good number of cavies from creams to goldens and even planned the next generation of PE Blacks (Devils). This has become sort of a ritual every time we go to each other’s sheds 😅. 🤞and only time will tell if we were right in our decision making😜.

On Saturday at the RVCC symposium I was able to give the first UK talk on the Self Black Devil. Myself and Toni Erica Angel were able to show up close the stock we had originally had from our friend Petr Tejml along with some of the offspring they had produced.

I must give a big thank you my daughter for helping me put together the PowerPoint presentation, and helping me on the day.

A few pictures taken over the weekend of the Self Black Devils and some of the new carriers we have had born.
I am happy with the type and the pigment has improved on some (not all) of the offspring.

Our breeders group has increased to four and now between us all we will continue to increase numbers over the coming months. 😊😈
