It’s always sad when a pregnancy fails to progress, sadly this was the case in the second scan I performed on a beautiful girl this week .Sometimes this happens , mother nature decides it’s not the right time or pups are not viable and absorption occurs . On the plus side the girlie is very well and suffers no real side effects . It was just a case of the wrong time and unplanned so in the long term it was a blessing for the bitch the owners.

This week we will be doing a second scan on a beautiful golden retriever, to see how the pregnancy is progressing last scan showed a pregnancy but it was so early so barely visible so looking forward to seeing how things are progressing with her .

THe last couple of days has been busy with more scans and exciting news for the owners , who are now busy preparing for litters coming along at the end of July

A few scan pictures to show how fast these pups grow. In just 63 days the average canine pregnancy they go from a small Dot to fully developed pup in no time at all .
The first scan shows a frenchie In pup at 4 weeks 6 days (34 days )
the second scan is an Alsatian at 5w 6 days (41 days )in pup . Obviously the two can not be compared in size as the two breeds are very different, but they all start off the same

Another scan yesterday on a cute little Pomeranian , who’s owner was excited to be able to see the scan clearly 3 clearly could be seen , all moving around looking healthy and growing well.

A very professional service, not only just having an accurate scan on our Frenchie bitch, but all the help from Shirley with the labour with her being at the other end of the phone through the night advising me. We now have 10 healthy frenchie pup.

A couple of weeks ago we scanned a frenchie and I’m happy to say mum has now delivered 10 beautiful puppies all doing well as is mum, another scan carried out by Pupeyes showing a large litter, happy owner happy mum .

Shirley did a great job on my girl, confirming her pregnancy.
A Really good experience with absolutely no rush ,it being such a special moment.
She talked me through what she was doing and calculated 7 puppies and I have to say she was spot on.
Considering she’s new to this business I was very impressed with her knowledge .
I found it fascinating.

After scanning this bitch at 32 days post tie , I found what I thought were seven pups approximately all looking healthy. A few weeks later she produced 7 healthy pups, so although I can not guarantee the litter size I do my best to give a estimatation if possible .
