Is Your Pet Trying to Tell You Something? 🐕
September is the start of Animal Pain Awareness Month! 💖 As pet parents, it’s not always easy to know when our furry friends are in pain, but it’s crucial to learn the signs to help them live comfortably.
This month encourages all of us to learn about pain management—whether it’s acute or chronic. Here’s what to look for:
🔍 Behavioural Changes – The most common sign of pain in pets. Watch for anything out of the ordinary, like reduced activity, changes in appetite, or unusual posture.
🐾 Next Steps? If you notice something’s off, don’t wait— schedule a vet appointment to ensure your pet’s well-being. We have also found dog physiotherapists to be an excellent resource.
