A year ago the Miracles arrived.... Milagro was adopted first, in about July or August, and I didn't announce in January that Wonder and MereKara were adopted by friends of mine!! Himala and her Mrs Sophia Miracle are still awaiting their perfect home together....

A full lap at the Kittenry, which has been very quiet on here, for which I am sorry 😐.
I am much improved now but I had a very tough 12 months mentally, triggered by several life events hitting very close together.
I let this page slip in December and then got into feeling I had loads to catch you up on and it felt exhausting! But I fm have decided to just start posting again, catch you up gradually and share my foster felines ... These heartbeats in my home kept me going and I honour them!!
First news is Mira and Mala are still with me! A year later.... Not sure why they haven't been snapped up in a loving home together, other than Mala is now larger than her mum, still timid and definitely not kitten looking!! But we've just made them available for out of area adoption applications.
They are doing their best to occupy all of my lap following an early morning physio session!!

Mala loves nothing more than a game of fetch (with her mankiest mouse!). It can go on for ages, particularly if her siblings are asleep) and she squeaks at me if I stop before she's ready!!

Hang a toy on the filing cabinet for kitten enrichment, she thought.... Keep spare toys in the filing cabinet, she thought....
Use toy to learn how to open drawers the Skimblets thought....

One of my Skimblers was so kind to raid my Amazon wishlist!! Catherine is a newfound cousin of mine, as after years of genealogy I have taught myself to do DNA mapping and finding the lovely Catherine helped me solve an 1841 mystery!! We've bonded over family and felines and she was a darling when I told her about this page and she sent the Skimblets some goodies!! I knew there was catnip in there somewhere purely from the kittens and Mumcat descending on me when the packages arrived!

Yesterday Mere was tail and shadow chasing and today it's Mala!!
Mira is loving the love....
