Hello all doggie families. I wanted to do a reminder for yous and for me too. artificial sweetener can be extremely poisonous to dogs. It’s in so many products. I have reminded myself to inform my family and friends. It would be so easy for polos to be left around for example.

Currents in cakes scare me the most as I cook with them and have them on my porridge and of course the chocolate.!

Bulbs! Many can be poisenous to dogs. Eg cicliman.
Chocolate - Can be v poisenous to dogs.I learnt to ask Pet clients about allergies and experiences. I had a scare as I found a dog licking a chocolate wrapper! I later found all chocolate in the bin. I made a mistake though as it should not have been a possibility. It turns out in the end this dog does not react to chocolate. I wasted Vets time - I will apologise to vets as I did the owner. HDD fessing up.

I’m gonna find a trusted site on all things that can be poisonous to dogs and cats and will post.

Enjoy the sunny day. I’m off to concker world champs today with my dog Barley in Southwick no Oundle. Should be a good crack.

What a busy week we've had and an even busier day today 😀

We have a new van yay, thank you to DSJ parish council and Mr Foxon for helping us with the funds to afford this 😀

We are so grateful to all who have supported us this week with food donations it's been amazing, and today so many of you have come to support our last open day of the year and bought donations with you, it's been amazing and we are so happy to have such brilliant and generous supporters 😀

sooo lovey to go on three walks yesterday. At 6am 8pm and 10 pm. Gonna be hot today I may not walk my barley until dusk . I have dog pool for her and sponge her down too. Love to all dogs out there ###

Lush open day at Exotic pet Refuge yesterday so many rescued animals. i met so many great pople. Loads of new stalls. Great food, fudge and much more. Another new stall - tempory tatoos. Dogs cant come to protect animals but you can see wolf dog. Please see below for all dates. Exotic pet refuge have own page were you can see all animals and if you want to volunteer contact them direct you wont regret it. Have a good day.
