I haven't posted much on here, but in just over 3 and a half weeks to go and I'll be taking to the skies, strapped to a biplane. Enjoying the wind in my hair (whilst flying at approx. 120 mph!!) and the stunning views (from up to 700 ft in the air!!).
I'm raising money for Havens Hospices in memory of my dear friend Paula. Her mantra of (get s**t done) really resonates with me and has boosted me on for this incredible challenge.
Patient care is currently up by 35% across all services at Havens Hospices and raising funds is so crucial for them to support our local community.
It costs over £124,000 A WEEK to run the services they provide (£17,715 a day).
There is still time to sponsor me for this Wing Walk. And I'd be so grateful for any pennies you can offer.
Just think, £12 of sponsorship is one minute of time towards their £124k target. Scary but true.
