We’re back for 2024 with a gentle week last week and a busy week this week! Luckily there are 2 of us available all the time, plus Keira’s boyfriend sometimes comes on walks, so we can usually take any last minute requests!! 😁🎉🐾💕

We had a great week with crisp mornings, sunshine and loads of fun! Helping out another walker who broke his wrist this week on the ice 😢 so tiny wee Ralph will be joining the crew for a month! Pocket rocket is a more accurate description 🥰

We love our small group walks up at Mugdock Country Park or on the West Highland Way! 🐾

*We have space in January!*

Why 1.5 hours as opposed to the “normal” 1 hour walk?

We find that 1.5 hours is optimal for your dogs because they get a great opportunity to play, sniff and zoomie! We walk for the WHOLE 90 MINUTES!!

We always meet friends and the dogs love playing with each other, plus we explore off the beaten track paths and routes, making each day exciting for them!! We also have small groups which means your dogs are definitely walking more than sitting in a car!

So join our merry little band of adventurers in January 2024! Just message us on our page for more info.

We also offer a dog sitting and puppy service, there are 2-3 of us so we’re pretty flexible, and we’re all fully insured, so you can trust your best pal is in good hands!

My friend Suzanne is in blue and we catch up with her out on walks lots! She loves every single doggy! Plus Keira sometimes brings her boyfriend on walks! Lots of loving for all the dogs 🥰🥰🥰

We had loads of fun last week with the doggies! Some of them have two walkers (very sensible to have a backup!) & when we meet them out on walks at Mugdock Country Park all the dogs get excited! This was Bo & Archie meeting Basil & playing chase with Valtos 💕🐶🐾

This week was lots of fun with crisp days and cute little sleeping bag jackets, onesies & Russian oligarch jackets 🐾 🥰 so cute!! And Mr V had his bow tie on looking smart as always! We have such a handsome little crew!

We had another great week out on their 1.5 hour adventure walks! I love the doggies and our morning walks! This week we mixed it up and started at drumclog a couple of days so we could explore the woods and moors and WHW!

This is my second business so it’s very relaxed and some of the owners book in odd days here and there. If you want your dog walked but don’t want to stick to a specific day every week then send a message and we might be able to help!

We had a lovely soggy week of walks last week with all the doggies enjoying getting out and about on their 1.5 hour adventure walks at Mugdock! There were sniffs and zoomies and playtime and sticks (some big huge sticks!) These guys always make me smile!

We’re fully insured and our every weekday morning so get in touch if you’d like your dog to enjoy a long walk in the mornings with a small group of sociable well behaved doggies!!

We had a fab trip to santorini, but the highlight was my Thursday walk when I got back!! I got some lovely pics of happy doggies! It was amazing to be back with them exploring the off the track woods and moors of Mugdock!!

We do have some spaces after a couple of regulars moved a few weeks ago, but I didn’t want to advertise just as I went on holiday!

Some pics from last week! Keira has been out enjoying walks with the dogs too and although the weather wasn’t the best, we all had a great time on our 1.5hr adventure walks! We go off path into the woods lots, and explore the open moors for long runs and zoomies!! The doggies are always tired in the car on the way home!!! 💕

We walk from 930-11am every morning, message the page if you’d like your dog to enjoy some morning adventures with us!

Remember keira also does pet sitting! Fully insured!

We’ve had a very chilled week with the doggies with bayley now in dundee and a couple of regulars stopping their walks 😢 It’s been the perfect week to get keira out and about again enjoying walks with our wee crew! Although not yet driving she will be soon, so look out for her in the doggy mobile (which I lovingly cleaned out & cleaned this week after Bayley left - think teenagers room messy 😂🤦🏻‍♀️🤪)

Keira is also busy with her dog sitting service, mostly in bearsden & milngavie, and a bit of puppy & babysitting too!

Another lovely week with the doggies and it was Bayley’s last week walking them before she heads off to Dundee Uni tomorrow!! She’ll be back for a month at xmas to catch up with her besties, and in the meantime I’ll be out on all the walks, plus Keira is busy doing her dog sitting! We’ve had lots of lovely doggies enjoying their adventure walks in the mornings with Bayley over the last few weeks while I’ve been busy at Edinburgh Festival selling my jewellery at the West End Fair! At the end of august we’ll be ready to welcome some new doggies to the pack!

The last few weeks have been crazy busy with some dogs going back to their original dogwalker after their 6mth holiday with us, with keira starting her dog sitting service & enquiries for dog walking starting after summer, plus I’m busy getting ready for selling my jewellery at Edinburgh festival in august! Bayley had a trip to Paris & will now be enjoying her last month walking her besties until she starts uni in September!

So here are some pics from the last few weeks - a mix of sunshine, rain, forest and moors! ❤️

NEW SERVICE! Our customers LOVE how flexible we are, because we are a team of 3 with 2 cars between us! We started our business in February 2022 because we got young westie Archie (AKA Archibald… or Baldy!)

Im Mhairi and I also make and sell jewellery. I’ve been self employed for 16+ years! My oldest daughter Bayley is 19 and away to uni in dundee in September - she’s been walking dogs since we started our business & is invaluable in august when I’m away in Edinburgh selling my Girl Paua Jewellery at West End Fair! My youngest is Keira, she’s nearly 17 and will be learning to drive really soon so she can help more with the dogs once Bayley is at uni. She has also been helping with walks since we started last February! She has a passion for animals & is the cuddler! 💕

Keira has now set up a K9 Dog Sitting Service! We find customers are always so happy about our flexibility (eg we can provide walks to cover your dog walker’s holiday) and now we can also come and PET SIT!

If you’re away out for a few hours, an afternoon, an evening (wedding, family gathering, peace and quiet time!) Keira can come and pet sit at your home! Just £7 per hour, any amount of hours. Add on an hour walk for an extra £5! If your pup is home alone all day she can drop in half way through the day for 2 hours, so you don’t need to pay for all eg 8 hours you’re out!

Areas covered = bearsden, milngavie, bishopbriggs, Kirkintilloch, torrance, balmore, Milton of campsie etc (we stay in Balmore g64).

It’s been a busy few weeks at K9 HQ, with lots of lovely doggies soon going back to their original walker after a 6month walking holiday with us! We have LOVED having them and will miss them lots, but luckily we’ll see them sometimes on our walks and whenever we can help out!

That means there will soon be space for some new doggies who can enjoy our 1.5hr adventure walks at Mugdock Country Park! For summer we’ll only be out Tuesday-Thursday but will be able to help out on odd days here and there, so just ask if you have a date you need! From September we’ll review our numbers and days!

To Valtos, Basil, Kitana and Willow, we’re so sad to see you go back to your original walker but glad we’ll still get to see you out and about for cuddles! 💕

This week’s pics of all the lovely doggies enjoying their 1.5hr adventure walk at Mugdock! They are all so well behaved and love each others company so much - it’s a pleasure every morning to walk with these happy sociable puppies! We have the loveliest well behaved doggies in our groups, plus awesome girls walking them! Big shout out to Bayley who loves every single puppy and who insists on cuddles at least a dozen times per walk, and to Suzanne & Keira who help out when we need at least 2 people out with larger groups!

Each walk is an hour and a half adventure walk at Mugdock Country Park and from July we’ll have some spaces, so message the page if you want more info!

Last week was glorious, so the group went over the moors in the morning and then onto shadier paths via lots of water stops to keep the doggies hydrated! They all love socialising and running and playing with their pals!
