Molly (right) met her half sister over the weekend! Total flook, I might add! A lovely lady at Blakemere Village Summer Craft fair was asking where we got her from, turns out her little Luna is from the same breeder as Molly! They look soo alike!

I’m so excited to be part of the fabulous Artisan Market this month. It’s my first craft fair of 2024 and my first at Calderstones Park, a stunning location for an ensemble of creatives.
One of the best things about this beautiful park: it’s dog friendly! So come on over and bring your four legged friends for a lovely walk and a browse of some unique, handmade items 🐶 🐶 🌳 🍃 🏡

So you’ve had a close up of Mabel and Molly. I suppose it’s my turn now 😬

I’m Pippa and the maker behind Wagga Swagga.

I’m quite a self conscious person and that’s probably why there’s not a lot of photos of me on my instagram. Also why it’s taken me a while to post this. I’m quite sensitive too, not very good at taking critique. I think I’m quite a good judge of character though 😊

I don’t know if I’ve told you guys but Wagga Swagga isn’t my full time gig. My life is literally surrounded by “girls best friend” dogs and diamonds, my two great passions. By day I work in a fantastic family run jewellers, in my spare time I make dog collars and accessories.

I’m absolutely obsessed with dogs, so much so that if one walks by, I get distracted by them, even in the middle of a conversation. They are rather spectacular creatures!

Reading is generally what I do if I’m not sewing, although I do love a good walk and a good garden centre. If I’m being honest, sewing has really taken over. I used to read all of the time, now it’s hardly ever.

I hope this gives you a little insight into my life behind Wagga Swagga. It is mostly dogs 😊 🐕

Meet the second half of Wagga Swagga, my little Molly, our white miniature schnauzer, turning 6 years old in June. She was born on the outskirts on Manchester.
She’s the waggiest wagga ever, the opposite to Mabel.
Molly loves a good cuddle and an ear squidge. She lives for attention and will do almost anything a a treat.
She absolutely is lost without her routine. Molly knows when she gets up, when it’s time for breakfast, and most importantly, when it’s time for dinner. She even lets us know when it’s time for her biscuit.
Wagga Swagga would not exist without my two schnauzers. They’re my world, and make me laugh every single day 🥰😍🐾🐾

This is Mabel, one of my miniature schnauzers.
She’s the first face of Wagga Swagga, born in Powys, Wales, and approaching 6 years old.
Mabel likes to snort at random things- we think it means please. She snorts when having fusses, when being groomed, waiting for a treat, wanting on the bed/ sofa. She even snorts when having a bath.
She loves socks, playing with cardboard tubes and packaging. She pounces on trousers when we’re getting dressed in the morning, and loves a good tug of wore.
Mabel’s not a very cuddly schnauzer but does love a good lap to sleep on. She always has to have something to sit on, the floor is just not good enough for this princess!

New Year so I thought I’d give you guys a new introduction to my collars and accessories.

🐾 every single product I sell is handmade by me in my little craft room in North Wales.

🐾I absolutely love making my items, they give me so much joy, and I hope they make you guys smile too.

🐾a lot of time is dedicated to making sure my products are fit for purpose as well as looking fabulous. I use all the best materials I can get my hands on.

🐾 waggas come in all different shapes and sizes, with a great mixture of personalities. I cater to the tiniest terrier with the biggest character, to the great Great Dane with such gentleness. And if I don’t have what you’re looking for, I’m more than happy to offer bespoke sizings and fabrics.

🐾I’m addicted to fabric, colour, bold prints, and anything a little far from the ordinary and selected with your Wagga sun mind.

I’m hoping to give my followers a little more insight on how I make my products and new things this year so stay tuned for something a little different from my social media 😊 🐶
