Guidance for emergency contacts for your dog:
1. Must be contactable
2. Must be able to make decisions on your behalf about your dog in case of serious illness
3. Be no more than 1 hour away
4. Must be able to take care of your dog if you are delayed getting back or if the dog needs to be removed from the premises if seriously ill
5. Must be able to take care of your dog if we have a family emergency and are unable to take care of your dog.
