Changes going forward for daycare bookings!!!

I can no longer accommodate altered times. The times are what they state in the booking app.

I've found that the busier I'm getting, the harder it is to be as flexible with drop off/pick up times.

Example, if you'd like half a day morning, but want to drop off at 9am instead of 07:30. You will still have to collect your dogs by 12, not 1:30pm.

If you require a later pick up than the original 12pm, then unfortunately, a full day will need to be booked, even if you need to collect your dog sooner.

If I keep allowing this I'm missing out on a potential half day afternoon booking because the collection time is later than 12.

This will take me over my licenced numbers.

Can I make everyone aware of the reason why I ask the information I do about your dog/s!

Running a business which includes being in charge of other people's dogs is a massive responsibility!

I want to know as much as I possibly can about each and every dog we care for, each dog is unique. This includes seeing vaccination cards, flee and worming treatments. (These can be uploaded and updated on the app.

I use my booking system for the benefit of you, your dogs, and my business.

It allows each customer to be able to book, amend, cancel, upload information.

In order for my insurance to be valid, I NEED this information.

Would you rather I didn't ask anything?
Would this not seem unprofessional?
Would you not question who your dog/s are going out with?

Any business that would do any of the above would need questioning if it were my dogs.

This is the way my business works, and will always be this way.

I'm a professional dog walker and daycare provider, therfore will act professional upon sign up.

That should be everyone now on the new booking system. MY PET WALKER, (downloadable in the app store)

You will need to add a few details before it will let you book any service.

Please can everyone get these done ASAP, ready to start using from the 1st December.

Please note, EVERYONE will now need to book using this app on a weekly or monthly basis.

Any walks that aren't booked will not be seen, therefor not take place.

Now I have more staff, I cannot commit to booking walks in myself on behalf of customers.

Please acknowledge that you have received the link by messaging me back or just a thumbs up. If I have missed anyone out then please also let me know.

I will slowly be transitioning all dog walking clients over to the 'My Pet Walker' app in the coming days.

I personally find this app better to use.

This app allows you to pay as soon as you book a service, rather than waiting for an invoice to be sent.

You will all receive a message to download the app and log in. All you have to do is input your mobile number to log in.

If all information can be up to date please, this will be greatly appreciated. This is for the benefit of your pet/s.

We’ve resisted a price increase for as long as possible, but the time has come where it just isn't feasible anymore with the hike in expenses

1 Hour Groups:
1 Dog £15
Each additional dog £7.50

30 Minute Walk:
1 Dog £12.50
Each additional dog £6.25

60 Minutes Solo Walk:
1 Dog £16
Each additional dog £8

15 Minutes Visits:
1 Pet £10
Each additional pet £6

House Sitting (Per Night):
1 Pet £65
Each additional pet £32.50

Home Boarding (Per Night):
