Happy Tails Dog Walking

Hi, i'm Leanne, the founder and owner of Happy Tails. I adore animals and have always been passionate about working with them. You will always find me attending a relevant training course or completing a qualification, as I still continue to love learning and improving my knowledge about animals!

I founded Happy Tails in 2012, following my passion for animals and my love of the great outdoors. I have always had pets and was lucky enough to grow up on a farm, so I am use to being around all creatures great and small!

As well as owning my own dogs, cats, horses and hamsters (to name but a few..!), I have lots of experience working with animals including working at dog rescue centres, dog kennels, catteries and riding stables. I have a BTEC National Diploma in Animal Care where I completed work experience at dog training centres and riding for the disabled.

I also have a Psychology degree, which incuded learning about animal behaviour. In August 2017 I completed a British College of Canine Studies NVQ in Professional Dog Walking, with Distinction, learning all about dog behaviour and basic training, and I have recently completed a training course in Canine First Aid. I am also of course, fully insured and police checked.
