Welcome to my pet services! I have a foundation degree in animal behaviour and welfare, and I am currently working towards my full qualification under PACT.

I am DBS checked, fully insured and have my canine first aid certificate. My dog training services can offer 1-2-1 sessions to build up your dogs basic obedience and strengthen your bond with your dog. I also work with reactive dogs who struggle to focus when around distractions. My professional dog walking services can offer your dog some fun outdoor adventures. Whether that’s taking it solo with
just myself and your pooch, or we can go out on a socialised stroll with some fur friends. I can also offer training on a walk if you need help getting them to walk nicely on and off lead. My home visits/dog sitting services allow me to stay with your dog, from the comfort of your own home. Ideal for those who do not do well in kennels, and will benefit from that personal 1-2-1 time with me whilst your away. I aim to keep them in as much of a normal routine as possible.

So DONE with the rain now
Let me summaries my day so far 😂
- saw it was sunny this morning so thought it was a good idea to wear jeans (BAD CHOICE - it absolutely threw it down)
- the rain water keeps dripping into my jacket pocket. No biggy, until I hear ringing. So I take my phone out of my pocket, only to realise I had FACETIMED a client and they opened their phone to this flattering angle 😂😂 turns out rain water can interact with your phone and evidently make unwanted video calls 😩😂
Not that I care all that much what I look like when I’m out with the pooches, especially in the rain, but to say I was mortified is an understatement 😂
Needless to say, will always make sure to check the weather app and stick to my joggers when getting dressed (and make sure my phone is OFF before it goes in my pocket🤣)

During Oscars session we did some more heal and loose lead walking games and finished it off which his play! Whilst he enjoys his toys, he doesn’t like to bring them back so we help him by making it really really fun to share the toy with you 😍

First session with Indy!
Whilst inside the house she is fab but doesn’t know what to do when outside. So today we went over some eye contact games. Repetition and consistency is key when trying to get your dog to learn a new behaviour in a new environment 🐾

Very proud of Momo and her owner today!😍
One thing we have struggled with in Momos training is keeping her engaged and staying close by. So we did the heel and weave game today and I think it’s easy to say she loved it! She was so focused and engaged that we were able to get her walking in a heel by the end of the session! 🥳
With more practise and proofing across the next week, the aim is to get her this focused when outside so she and her owner can both enjoy their walks together 😃

First session with baby Oscar 😍 did fantastic today. Started off his training with getting him to sit on his mat whilst the door opens, and same again with exiting the gate! We want him to be nice and calm for guests and before going on his walks 😃

Today we went through sitting and waiting at the door when guests arrive. Something I’m sure Harper will smash with practise 😃

Did some leave it training with Momo this afternoon and finished with some more settling in her bed to calm her down - which I can already see a difference in how fast she settles and stay lying down 😃

Harper is progressing very well in a short amount of time!
She is learning to settle a lot faster when I enter and her barking has reduced significantly. Today we worked some more on keeping her on the mat and trying encourage her to lie down on it without the command.
We finished with some flirt pole activities as her parents found out she loves it at her doggy day care, so we went over the rules and tricks with that.
On our next session, we aim to get her settling whenever guests come over to keep her nice and calm 😃

Back with Momo!
Went on a little walk to start as she’s very nervous outside so we want her to be nice and comfortable before we start any lead walking with her. Then came back in and worked more on her settle. She’s mastered lying down on her fluffy bed, now it’s encouraging her to chill out there (and not chew it!😂)

From yesterdays session with Harper 😍
She is a very clever and crafty cookie!
We will be teaching Harper to first settle into a blanket, as well as going through some impulse control games. Despite her fantastic training history, she is very opportunistic and will demand bark to get her treats faster! Our aim is to slow her down and show her that doing absolutely nothing is the new way to get attention 😃

First session with MoMo!
We went over play and most importantly ‘drop it’ so it could be applied to when she runs off with something she knows she shouldn’t have. We also went over some resource guarding preventative methods to hopefully stop her becoming possessive over the items she does take. And finally we covered the start of settle on a placement to try and teach this bundle of energy how to calm down 😂 MoMo is a very sharp cookie!
