🚨 Important Policy Update 🚨
At Pawfect Pooches by Danni, we’re all about wagging tails and happy, stress-free grooms 🐾✨. To keep things running smoothly, we kindly ask all our customers to take note of the following policies:
🗓 Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and we totally understand! However, last-minute cancellations leave gaps in our schedule that can’t be filled.
🌟 Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
📌 Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge of 50%-100% of the groom’s price to cover lost time.
🪳 Flea Policy
We’re more than happy to groom pups with fleas—but we need prior notice to ensure all dogs stay flea-free!
🐕 If your dog has fleas, please let us know before your appointment. This allows us to:
1️⃣ Move your pup to the end of our working day.
2️⃣ Disinfect the van thoroughly afterwards.
🔔 Failure to notify us about fleas in advance will result in a charge of double the price of the groom due to the extra time, cancellations and cleaning required.
These policies are in place to protect your pooch, other dogs, and our hardworking team! Thank you for understanding and for helping us keep the business running smoothly. 💖
