I didn’t get to my phone quick enough to capture Hector’s full air snapping roll around. It looked that much fun I nearly joined him. But looking at those overlooking windows, maybe not.

The laughing is annoying, but I found this funny.

He’s a well known character in this area. I’ve lost count of the number of people that stop us while out walking, “Hello Hector.” Hector’s response……Nose in their pocket/hand/bag or all three! 🥰

It’s International Dog Day!!!
Here’s a random selection of ‘mine’. 🥰 See if you can spot your little darling.
Pop a pic on of your dog and give them an extra cuddle from me. X

Does anyone else say ‘snap!’ to people approaching you if they’re walking the same breed of dog that you are?
Just me then??
Backfired on me the other day……..
‘Snap!’ as a Shih Tzu approached. The lady laughed, but looked puzzled. (Obvs thinking what a strange woman I am)
Then I realised my mistake.
So I turned round, caught her attention and explained………
That morning I was in fact walking 3 Shih tzus. But 5 hours later at the time of ‘snap’ing, I was actually walking 2 Cavapoos. Which probably made me look even stranger then earlier and I wish I’d
kept my gob shut! 😩😩

If there’s any posters up in Guisborough Forest about me, please let them know I’ve left now.

Hector is 14 now, and very weary on his walks. But show him a ball in a launcher and he’s off!!
We’re having a chilling afternoon in the garden now. I bet I’m not chasing anything at 98 years old!
Such a lovely boy to be spending my first week back in my home town with after being away for 6 weeks. Just a week tho, then off I go again.
It’ll be nice to catch up with friends while I’m here, and do my obligatory old people’s stuff……pick up prescription, optician and doctors. 🙄😂

It’s not often I wake up in an empty bed.
That sounds so wrong! 😆

Wise old Wilson. Those eyes! 🥰
We’re just having a chat. I’m telling him that I’ll have to get packing up after our morning walk. And explaining that I’ll be shutting them in the room while I fill the car, as his little brother Archie follows me around that closely, that my heel clips his chin at every step……or does his chin clip my heel? Whichever.
A lovely week again with the Shih Tzu trio.
See you again in April!

“Pardon? What bird??”
(It was just a feather that had stuck to him off the grass honesty)
Love the walks in Guisborough Forest. We were there a couple of hours mooching and chatting.
Do I go there cos there’s a café? Maybe………
