Couldn’t let this day go by with showing the day Worcester donkey rescue welcomed our first 3 rescues all the way from France, Scoobie, Murphy & Olive, 3 years ago today! Seems like yesterday, our numbers have grown since then, and we continue to strive to help donkeys in need, the work goes on….

We have the most wonderful followers who know I love all things natural to suppliment the donkeys diet, my friend and mentor Karen Perry Animal Therapy has taught me everything I know, we were lucky enough to be donated some lavender that had been dried, lavender has a calming effect and can have a positive effect on their mood, this is great for donkeys who come in with past trauma, we also had some home grown garlic, which we chopped up to put in their feeds, garlic improves gut health, boosts the immune system, delivers antioxidant defence and acts as a natural fly repellent (great this time of year) and many more benefits.
