You’d think I’d be excited about going for a run without Meera found my forever home but I’m not. I’m sad and Mum says it was a painful 5 miles listening to me crying for Meera. Meera isn’t sad, she’s at the vets with Dad getting her vaccines. She loves the vets cause she gets treats!

In the early hours of the morning, 1 year ago, Mum and Louise picked me up at Manchester Airport and drove me to my new home in Gargunnock, with a stop off at Penrith to hand over Tara to her new family. I have been living my best life since then with Meera found my forever home, running round the park, destroying shoes, exploding cushions and generally being lovable 🐾🐾

What a milestone. Until today Marley has only been off the lead in a fenced field as his recall hasn’t been good. Yesterday though he was off the lead for the majority of his walk. His recall was good and he loved the praise for doing so well. I’m under no illusions that without my full attention he could have been distracted and I picked where he was off to avoid popular squirrel haunts. Plus lots of recall work over the months since he arrived. But nevertheless a milestone 😊 Completely ignored by Meera found my forever home though as she was only interested in her ball 🐾🐾
