Got to love our sanctuary bunny Aspen
She does make me laugh 🤭 x
We have had some upsetting news today, after getting abandoned on our door step on the 25 November 2023 this rabbit went straight to vets that very same day, he was kept in overnight for monitoring and fluids,
We named him benson,
He was put on anti-inflammatories, pancure for his head tilt & began to feel better, benson is the most loving rabbit you could ask for. Such a beautiful boy.
Benson’s health was improving & declining so he has had many visits back & to the vets for more treatment.
However Benson,
this beautiful soul sadly went over the rainbow 🌈 today - 13 January 2024 at 3:00am
This rabbit had so much love to give from the first day we open our door and found him, even though he has had a tough time he was loved, held & played with his fur friends, he enjoyed every moment of his life with us.
Now we have to say our goodbyes as we mourn his passing.
As the the 2023 season comes to a end
As the 2023 year comes to a end
To this year has been shocking is to say the least we want to remember all the buns that we have loved and sadly lost this year. 🥹
The ones we rescued, rehabilitated and re homed. (Photo of some of the buns we rehomed , lost and still have at the moment)
But this year we have rescued so many rabbits 120 We’ve given them all a fighting chance and of a new start Of a loving home
But the devastating part is Far too many of them are no longer here and we think that shows the reflection of just how bad the situation is for rabbit rescues across the UK and what were dealing with
We thank you everyone we hope for your continued support in 2024
To start this off I would like to say we have had the most horrible year we could ever imagine 🥺
And to say this again is truly heartbreaking 💔
I had to say goodbye two the most beautiful and cherished boy Gus he had a crap start in life he was born with Cataracs and he started to show symptoms of EC at 3 weeks old he went the vets immediately and he came back with meds
He been a fighter since but unfortunately this was too much for him to handle.
To say that we’re heartbroken is a understatement he became a big part of the rescue that no bunny could ever fill.
He taught us how to adapt to his needs and help him and we have learn more about the parasite than we could ever imagine
I don’t know what i would of done without him x
This little monkey scared one of a staff members this morning 😣 (skittles the white boy with beautiful blue eyes )
He wasn’t his normal self and didn’t come running for his breakfast and obviously the first thing that was done was calling the Vets
He had very early gut stasis he had some injections and fluids we are puzzled how it has happened teeth are fine not showing any symptoms of pain
Are thoughts he may be lonely 😔 we have now started to introduce him to the little girl called billie and it was a hit love at first sight 🥰
Bell update 😊
Watching this sweet girl fight though the toughest start in life and through it all she has been so forgiving and happy in her way giving us constant kisses bless her 🥰
Bell was abandoned on someone’s front drive, where she was left defenceless & left with nerve damage on her back legs so she couldn’t just hop away if danger was about.
She was taken to the vets and came back with some pain meds and a lot of physical therapy, we have to do therapy with her daily and today shows the progress of that 😆 (apologies about the video It is not the greatest trying to do it One-handed is not the best. 🙈)
we could not be any more proud of this little girl 🐇
We are accepting donations & have a wish list on Amazon if you are feeling generous

We have just had some sad news this evening from one of our clients, they rang to inform us that her bunny she adopted back in April this year “Holly” had passed away, the cause is undetermined.
Rest in peace Holly 🐰you were loved & will be missed, chase that 🌈 beautiful girl 💔
Bambam updated
we had the second opinion with the vets and it wasn’t the new we wanted to here
Unfortunately we have the make a big decision for this sweet heart 🥹
Bambam condition is poor
She underweight, sneezing, discharge, and she has four lumps which are abscesses
Only Thing that’s making us want to try to keep her with us is she very active, eating lots , drinking, she comes running to you and loves head rubs
But we don’t want her in pain
She in the vets later today to see where we’re at and how she getting on
Here a little video of little girl
It is with great sadness that we have to do this post, however this little girl that was left stranded & handed into our care passed away today, as we had no information on how old she was or her birth we are at a loss on what help she needed.
For the time she was in our care she was give the proper nutrition & fluids as well as cuddles & playtime with her new fur friends.
We named her ivory, she was happy in the time she was here & she will be missed.
Rest in peace Ivory 💔
These 4 cats are looking for their fur-ever home, Bella is mum to tigerlilly & Kruger.
Bella is 2 years old, tigerlilly & Kruger are 1 years old & so is mittens.
All 4 have been neutered & microchipped so if anyone would like to off a home to any of these cats please get in touch, sadly we are unable to let them stay at our rabbit rescue due to us not being equipped for cats.
Please 🙏 help find them a loving home.
Today we had a visit from Rodger, he came to site 2 for his fly strike treatment with his foster mum.
Was lovely to see him & his fur friend empire the bunny 🥕
Mondays are fun days 🐰🐰🐰🐰🐰🐰🐰
This is what over breeding & interbreeding of bunnies does to the babies, just like what has happened to the bunnies we rescued from a car wash in Stoke on Trent.
Sadly 2 of these babies didn’t survive, this video is Scooter’s story, she was born with 2 broken rear legs yet didn’t let her disability stop her from moving around.
Sadly Scooter passed away in the early hours of this morning 😢💔
We need your help to raise funds for the rest of the bunnies we saved.
Thank you
The car wash bunnies are getting bigger & stronger every day
This is Shelby she is looking for a place to call home
Bella, mittens, Shelby, Kruger & tigerlilly are looking for their furever home, all are neutered & vaccinated.
