We’ve had a report of a white GSD type dog runnng loose around Cornwall Road , Chaddesden around 745am today (Wednesday 29/1).

If sighted please call us asap on 0333 200 6981 and if safe to do so try and contain into a safe area and we will attend to help reunite.

Lady the GSD was picked as a stray in Derby more than 2 years ago and had been adopted and returned due to behavioural issues.

The rescue team never gave up and have worked extremely hard to provide training and support to ensure that she learnt that not everyone & other dogs were as bad as she thought.

Today we heard the great news that Lady has finally found a new home in time for Christmas and the rest of her life.

Good luck Lady and her new family ❤️

The team have spent the week preparing not only Lady but ourselves to say our goodbyes.
