Many people will recognise Beth, she was my first client from Devon and has been featured on my social media many times over the last 18 months.

Sadly, at the start of the month it was her time to leave her wonderful owners. Truly heart breaking news for everybody that knew her.

Her owners left me a lovely note once they told me about the sad news, I feel very very lucky to get to help people’s much loved animals and improve their quality of life for the time they are with us🤍

A client reached out to me because her horse just wasn’t behaving right on the ground and the vets could not find anything, but were happy for me to have a look.
I found severe muscle soreness around the right shoulder blade and have been working on releasing this area for Jazz.
She has been improving hugely, she had her energy levels back, happily going out for rides and back to her cheeky self🥰

I was back to work this week after the Christmas break.
Prada enjoyed her treatment showing some big yawns throughout, but then decided to pose for the camera instead 👅

Lovely feedback from a lovely client 🤩
This horse is an angel and the owner having recently got him wasn’t aware there was any niggles in his body, she just got him checked as a precaution.
1 session later and she has noticed a difference in his ground and ridden behaviour.
This is why treatment is so important and this is why I love my job🤍

It’s been a while since I’ve introduced myself so because there are many people who now follow my page who do not know me, I thought now is the time to introduce myself further🤪

As stated, I’m Paige Haggett and I am 27. For over 10 years I worked on a family run farm in Oxfordshire which has given me many opportunities through the liveries to be trusted with their horses to take them out to places and to ride.
First on this journey to qualify, I did a 2 year course at Moreton Morrell doing an extended diploma in equine management. I then proceeded to continue to do my BSc in Equine Therapy and Rehabilitation. I then continued in education with the Equine Massage Academy to do my training to become an Equine Integrative Support Therapist (EIST) and finally I did my MSc with the McTimoney College of Chiropractics to become a McTimoney Animal Chiropractor which therefore allows me to work with other professionals (such as the vet, farrier, etc) to work with the horses muscular, skeletal and nervous system to allow ultimate comfort, reduce any dysfunction from soreness, major/ minor injuries- some so small you might not even notice and external factors which may stop optimum performance and compromise comfort.

In April 2023 I moved to North Devon and have been growing the business here as well as at home in Oxfordshire.
I became full time not long after moving to Devon and I have met so many wonderful clients

Pelvis misalignment pre and post adjustment ⬇️

This is from a client I saw recently, the first photo you can see that the pelvis has dropped to the right, causing the appearance of a less rounded gluteal muscle on the right side.

The second photo is after the pelvis adjustment, you can see that the gluteals now look even, symmetrical and looks level.

Misalignments in the pelvis mean that the horse cannot use this area of their body properly, and when most of the movements we ask for come from the hind quarters, makes this hard for the horse to do.
Having had the adjustment he will be a lot more comfortable and able to perform as he is being asked ✨
