Lifestyle changes and rituals became an important part of my own learning process, I also studied and took further training to jumpstart my own health and to balance my hormones but actually learned that loving myself was key to being able to give the best to you, my family and everything.
Essential Oils and supplements help me manage my emotions, and they support my day to day health, learning what foods are not good for me or my body, which exercise I prefer, along with daily self-care rituals such as meditation and self-hypnosis so I can become calm. I learned how to use the oils to support my life, and my vitality.
My Mission is to make a difference to the lives of all women who struggle with vitality issues and who feel they no longer sparkle and feel irritable all the time. It is very empowering when we are inspired enough to take good care of ourselves, our loved ones, so we can enjoy the happiest, healthiest and most sparkliest & fulfilling life possible.
I see much uncertainty and confusion with women on how to take good care of themselves because women are exhausted AND there is too much confusing and conflicting information when you ‘google’ search!
It’s so difficult to make a plan for your own wellness and in what order, or all at once and so you end up doing nothing. I believe in teaching people how to learn to find choices with their wellness, to learn to love what they have and how to best look after themselves and grow in confidence and self-belief and making small changes. You often discover strong feelings of empowerment when you finally take control and get into the rhythm of your own life as vitality and joy begin to find their way back in your life.
To help us all to reverse the appearance and ailments usually associated with ageing.

THERAPIES AND TREATMENT SESSIONS
Often we hold emotions in our muscles, muscles become tight leading to other symptoms of an unbalanced mind and body.
All of what I offer are not muscle manipulations. They are gentle sweeping strokes and maybe a gentle pressure with Aromatherapy in one of the movements. For now (from July 2020) I'm offering £10 on the below treatments (prices will increase in the future to marketplace prices) to support individuals at the moment and to help me to practice.. You would come to me, women only please unless I know you personally.
🌸I'm studying Aromatherapy Diploma, I'm looking for case studies and treatments - £15 for full body, and £10 for other aromatherapy treatments. For my workbooks, case studies, and assessments for when I take my exams... Covid and Clean aware.
🌸AromaTouch - when I hit a certain rank in my doTERRA business, I can be formally trained to run Aromatouch workshops for you and my customers on how to use this wonderful touch therapy in your own home. I'm qualified and trained to use this individually. I would like at least 30 individuals to log on my case study file as proof for when I'm ready to train. £10. Covid and Clean aware.
🌸Reiki - I'm qualified and am relaunching this side of my work to help balance individuals.
Fully insured, studied and trained in all that I offer and share with you. First session will include a health questionnaire that we revisit your file on each subsequent visit. All towels are clean for each new customer, wiped down, and I wear a mask.
I use only doTERRA Essential Oils for our treatments and sessions.
Other note to bear in mind - I have dogs, a note for anybody suffering with allergies and they may be in the home when you visit. They are friendly, and then will leave you alone.
